Ruined my tire
Took my truck here with a flat tire, asked them for a patch, they patched it 2 days later my low tire air pressure light came back on. Took it back and they said I had caught another nail they patched the “second nail”. 2 or 3 days later the light came on again I took it upon myself to check and sprayed soapy water on my tire and saw bubbles coming from where the first nail was, took it back to them and told them I thought the patch was leaking. They took a look at it and told me I was right and they replaced the old patch with a new one. Couple of days later the light comes on again so this time I take it to a tire shop in Wylie and they tell me that the patch was leaking and they couldn’t patch it because who ever had installed that patch had grinded it too far into the tire exposing the wires preventing any patches from sealing properly. There weren’t two patches in there it was only the one they had put on the first time. They lied to me about there being a second nail which I paid them to patch the second time I took it back. Tire shop in Wylie offered to plug it for me but they couldn’t guarantee it holding air
So I have to pump air in my tire once or twice a month due to not sealing properly cause they grinded to deep into my tire to place the patch.

Tyler was super helpful!! He could have charged us for a new tire, but he was honest and said he could save us the $ by patching it. The tire looks brand new!! Our future tire business will only be at Lavon Tire Service.

I thought I needed 4 new tires because they were feathered. The owner came out and told me I just needed 1 new tire. I replaced it, and I’ve been driving on them for years. Saved me hundreds! Thanks Mike!

Spent all morning trying to remove an electrical connection for oil sending unit in a tough spot and Ako the mechanic had that off and fixed in 15 mins. Ako has also help fix tough situations on my tractor implements. I won't go anywhere else for mechanic work, and am grateful Ako is right down the street on Hwy. 205 in Lavon.

Best place for tires and service in the County!! Great prices, and instead of spending half my Saturday sitting in a waiting room we got 4 new tires, oil change, and inspection done in about an hour.

I have used Lavon Tire Services a couple of times now and have had a fantastic experience each time! I always seem to have something going on but really like working on my own vehicles. I needed the front brakes replaced on my 98 Ram, but I was having a hard time getting the time to do it. I believe the young man's name is Taylor (sorry if I am wrong), but he took my parts and got the job done very quickly. I then took my daughter's car in after I replaced her brakes, but one caliper needed to be replaced. Same thing where I ran out of time, and he took the caliper I purchased and put it on in less than an hour. He also helped adjust the dust shield since it would start vibrating from the wind around 55 mph. Thank you Taylor and Lavon Tire Services!
