I called the Wylie post office on FM 544 and I spoke with the Supervisor Eddie. Eddie was able to find the package at the facility immediately now that is a Super Supervisor. “Of all the years we have lived here, rarely have we had any delivery issues. I had a notice my delivery was delivered on the porch. After two days, and connecting with my neighbors, I called the post office. Not only did they take my concerns seriously, the driver was able to find out package and bring it to us. Thank you Farmersville USPS. YALL ROCK!”

Every time I visit, I'm greeted with a smile and get in and out quickly, making it a truly pleasant experience.”

“I had a package marked delivered on Saturday but I did not get it. Hoped it would show up Monday but it didn't. I was able to ask the carrier and she reported to her supervisor right away. Her supervisor was able to pull up a picture using the tracking number and noted the sender had written the wrong house number! The carrier was able to collect the package and delivered it to me the same day! I just have to say great teamwork and thank you to Kit and Amber! You ladies are Awesome!”
