Booked appt about 3-4 hours before appointment time. I put in the comments to text if you need to cancel based on previous experience. No one showed up, called or communicated. I’m upset because I was unexpectedly off and could have looked elsewhere.

First thing he said is “before we start, I will charge extra $10 because car is too dirty” I agreed but then he rewarded me by not cleaning the trunk and 3rd row seats.
