I was excited to stop in since I pass by often. I always love supporting local businesses BUT I am all about customer service. I entered the store and WAS NOT greeted or acknowledged in any way. I must have been in there browsing for about 15 to 20 minutes and nothing. 2 ladies were acknowledged and asked if they needed a fitting room and Another woman and her daughter walked in and they were acknowledged because I heard it and saw it and made me feel like I must be invisible

I live out of state and bought after seeing the owner post on a Facebook group for Nora Fleming. Wow! I am so appreciative of how responsive she was and how quickly and carefully the package made it’s way to me. Thank you so much! I would encourage anyone considering ordering from her to do it!

Love this store and these ladies! It's a great place to grab a gift for bridal shower, birthdays, or even a baby gift. The finds are always so cute, original and of the best quality. Plus the staff is so sweet, helpful and friendly. Lots of neat things to find!

Went to the clear lake location to see they don't have what I was looking for, called later and described in great detail what I needed to be held for me, then told me the next day they only had it at their other location 30+ minutes away from me. I get there, and they have “held†the wrong item for me and gave no discount for causing me great inconvenience when I was going to buy something from them anyway. Won't be shopping there anymore.

This boutique would get 5 stars from me if they were more friendly! A little customer service goes a long way. Just acknowledging customers for walking in the door would make a big difference. They carry a lot of cute things, just wish they were friendly.
