I'm moving in this weekend after nine years in my current apartment. ((I HATE MOVING THAT MUCH That I have been overpaying rent just because it sucks))
That said, Megan, Alanna, Michelle, and the crew have been absolutely amazing in helping me get everything set up for my move after all these years!!!
And on top of that... This neighborhood is BEAUTIFUL!!! It seriously feels like a resort and I can't wait to start this next chapter at Amalfi!!!!

They are manipulating their reviews on google. Do not move here. The only thing good about the complex is the maintenance crews. The walls are PAPER thin. Its not a question of if you will hear your neighbors its a question of how much. Its extremely over priced for what you get in quality of the apartment. Quality of tenants has been questionable from neighbors screaming at each other, to large dogs barking, to dog droppings always around the grounds, neighbors leaving garbage outside their doors constantly, to other neighbors kicking and slamming their own front doors from domestic dispute. I regret moving here.

DONT MOVE HERE. The new management company has rolled out some new sort of program that has changed the quality of tenants. Today marks the 2nd car break in I’ve had this year. This time they stole my vehicle registration tags. They’ve also recently slashed 2 of my tires. I tell management and they keep telling me “I’m the only one complaining.” I highly doubt that given the frequency that it’s happening to me so I’m leaving a review for oversight.

I just want to take the time to recongize the staff and Maint Krew here at Amalfi, special kudos to Megan as she has taken care of me since I moved in going on 3 years now! Megan is always on point, does what she says and follows up; her collegues seem to be cut from the same cloth! I love it here and my neighbors say the same😇 Owner[s]: please dont change a thing - this is an OUTSTANDING Team you have in place🤘🏽😎🤘🏽

There are 4 EV charging stations here! When I first moved in they were not working, but Sheila from the Leasing Office has worked so hard to troubleshoot it for me and get the charging station company to come fix them. Now they are finally up and running! Thank you so much to Amalfi for making this happen! On top of the overall vibe being friendly and modern, Amalfi is a great place to live.

I have to share my experience with this complex. I wrote a check for the $150 application fee five years ago. The young lady working there told me that if I was not approved due to my credit score, the check would be given back to me. A day later she called to inform me that I was not approved, so I told her to tear up the check. A couple of days later the $150 is withdrawn from my bank account. I called the office and left messages with no returned calls. I then immediately called my bank to report this. They looked into it and decided to issue the money back to my bank account. For the past 4 years I have been contacted several times by a collection agency for this money. I have explained that I have never lived at Amalfi and I do not owe them anything. It is a terrible situation and shows how Amalfi is training their staff to be deceitful and take customers money. Then they report it on your credit even if you have never lived there. My advice is never hand over a check for an amount and trust they will destroy it for you. I should have drove there and picked up my check. Now I have this amount on my credit report and creditors calling me for a service I never received.
Whomever is monitoring these reviews, please tell your creditors, I do not owe you anything. Also alert the credit bureaus that Sharon Jenkins does not owe Amalfi for anything since I never moved in and have never lived there.

We just moved here and experience is amazing while booking process and moving process. It was very easy for us to go step by step instruction given by management team specially Sheila and Kera. Appartment is nice and clean.

First impressions are important which leads to the results of my review. After numerous attempts making calls, no one answers and after 10 rings, the line hangs up. No answering service, no voicemail, not even an answering machine. If this is how they treat anyone calling will reflect on how they treat their tenants.

I like living here, it's close to everything. The staff is great. The pool and club house are resort like. They also have a Pavillion for BBQ with tables, chairs, couches, and an outdoor TV. The only thing is for the monthly rate, I expected a little more in upgraded appliances and fixtures. They are nice apartments, though. The recent paint job and spring landscaping really make the place pop!
