Apparently, the official opening time on Google and the door at the 2945 Gulf Fwy location is not the time they open at sometimes. I've taken valuable time out of my day, waited for over half an hour past the opening time, and no one was inside the location. So I can't pick up my already ordered stuff for my new phone. Y'all are better off going to the one in Dickinson instead of ever coming here if they can't open at the time they say they do instead of whenever they can.

Cheyenne is the freaking bomb! I needed to do three different things and she took care of all it in less than an hour! I’ll glad drive 30 mins again for her help!

Went in to purchase a new phone. Was greeted by Cheyenne, who helped me with all aspects of my transaction! Very knowledgeable, and was a complete joy to work with. She is an asset to the ATT family!

Buyer beware,They will say anything to get you to sign with them. Kristina told me the phones for my kids would be free with a 36 month contract. It turns out that was a lie just to get me to switch from t-mobile. Now I'm paying for these phones. Be sure you get everything in writing there at the store, instead of them telling you they will email it, which never shows up in your inbox. I have a long fight ahead of me I'm sure but not going to stand for these deceptive practices.7/6/22The store is owned by prime communication, its a reseller so if the lie to you about the promotions so that you sign with them AT&T will not help you resolve it. They will tell you that you have to deal with the store which the store will not and just lie. Prime Communications will respond to reviews and say to email them to resolve issue but they will not email you back. I'm still waiting for a phone call from a district manager or a email response for prime communications.

Was the fastest I have been helped in a long time. Kristina kept the conversation engaging helped by getting us to switch from dish. Also convinced me to get a new samsung galaxy ultra 22 , Which so far is amazing.

Carol immediately greeted us and showed great patience. We were not sure we would buy a new phone, but knew we needed one. She quickly showed us the different options we had that fit the brand and price we wanted. She told us what was in stock since we needed it asap and we were able to make a decision. She went above and beyond to truly review our account and see what features we are using and others we are not that could save us money or allow room in the budget for additional devices. She shared the smart watch promotion with us which allowed us to get not 1, but 2, watches in addition to our new phone all for the same price per month we were paying before we walked in the store. We did not need a new watch, I just got one at Christmas. But, her explanation of the cost and savings made sense for us as well as the benefits of a service plan which differs from the brand watch we recently purchased in December. My husband was thrilled to be able to feel good about buying the watch from her, which he had really wanted to get me in December but at the time couldn't justify the cost so had previously gone with a less expensive brand. Not to mention, our 2 year old daughter was with us. Brad, another customer service person in store, took the opportunity to make our experience that much better when there were no other customers for him to help. He set her up with her choice of kid friendly movie on the big TV and made us feel safe to be able to focus on making decisions with Carol while our daughter was happily occupied. This overall experience was better than you could ask for, which is a lot to say considering previous visits to this location have not been as pleasant. Thank you Carol and Brad!

If I could give zero stars for this store I would! Horrible customer service at my expense every month. They lost my $800 trade in phone and can't find it. Every month I am over charged and I spend hours on the phone trying to explain why I need my monthly credit. They say they have fixed the issue then the next month the same issue on the auto draft. Clueless and useless. Don't waste your time. The employee is Josh and he is the worst!

This store has had the worst customer. They lost my trade in phone, have over charged my monthly bill for 8 straight months and can not provide any tracking information. I spend atleast 4 hours a month on hold, being transferred trying to get my bill corrected. Josh W. Has been zero help and is the one who was in charge of processing the trade in. Don’t waste your time or money.

Josh, the only employee who works at this store, is dishonest and scams his customers. He did not process my trade in. I have been trying for 6 months now (multiple times per month) to address the issue. I have met with Josh several times who "reassures" me that he is resolving my issue and that many people complained of this not getting credit for their trade-in. I have a picture of me handing him my phone. I have called AT&T who opened an internal investigation, but ultimately blew me off saying the trade-in was never received and closed my case without notifying me. I tried to find someone in AT&T retail store management, but was not able to even get past the initial voice tree. If you want trade-in credit - you better make sure they process the trade-in while you are in the store. Josh is a scam artist.5/31/21I did as you asked in your response and sent you an email on 5/21/21. I have yet to hear back. Thanks again for further wasting my time.
