I recently purchased my Acura RDX and had the pleasure of working with Charles. From start to finish, he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Charles was friendly, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all the features of the car and answered my questions thoroughly. I never felt pressured. If you’re looking to get low-balled on your trade-in, this is the place. I was told they’d be close to another dealer’s trade-in offer, but when I showed up, the number was thousands less. When I asked why, the response was simply, “we’re just not competitive, sorry.” You’d think they’d be motivated to make a deal, especially on a pre-owned vehicle that was just marked down—but that wasn’t the case here.
Never have I been displeased with an exchange at an Autonation dealer, but this place takes the cake.

Brought my 2022 MDX in because the ABS went into effect even though there were no obstruction/vehicles. As always, Matt and his team delivered first rate service including providing me with a loaner so there are minimal interruptions to my routine. I want to personally thank Touny Crowe and the entire sales team for their incredible support and service. When looking for a new vehicle we met with Touny and he was extremely helpful, he had the vehicle we wanted to see ready for us when we arrived for a test drive. The entire team stayed late after hours to make the purchase work for us and took the time to answer any questions we had.
We were not expecting to purchase a vehicle the day we met Touny, however due to his professionalism and candor, we knew we were dealing with the best person to sell us an Acura.
I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase an Acura to check this location out first because they will likely save you time and get you the vehicle you need and want.
The car buying experience I had with Touny and his team was by far the smoothest and most straightforward process I have ever experienced. There was no hidden cost or fees once we were ready to sign agreements and Touny was extremely transparent about the entire process.
Thank you Touny and League City Acura, you will now be my first choice and my first stop for any vehicle purchases in the future.

As we found a vehicle on the Auto Nation website we decided to do the 45 minute drive in hopes to make a purchase. We arrived and spent almost about 15 minutes outside looking at vehicles on the lot and no sales team member met with us. So we decided to walk in and the sales team members never made eye contact as we obviously walked in through their main entrance. As we walked looking for the welcoming desk a sales person Touny me with us. We told him what we had in mind and he assisted us with the test drive. So we decided to make the purchase. Touny did an average job but was not the experience I was expecting. So we were then passed to the financial employee (Gucci) who was amazing and extremely friendly and easy to work with. We left without the car since they were going to detail it and was going to take an hour or two. We had other things to do and decided to return at a later time to pick it up. A day before we were planning on picking up the vehicle I contacted Touny advising him when we’re were coming by and to please make sure the vehicle was detailed. He promised to have it ready for us. We returned to the dealership to pick up the vehicle the following day. Touny released the vehicle to us and the vehicle was suppose to be detailed and gassed up and neither of the two were completed. Touny promptly addressed the issue and the car was gassed up but the vehicle again had avery poor detail or none at all. I was very disappointed with what they refer to a detail. I said nothing since at times it’s just better to get it done yourself. At the end of the day I rate my experience as average and they could do way better on their customer service and detailing. Of a vehicle.

I walked in one afternoon, no one immediately came to help me. I was then directed toward a sales person that blew me off. My husband called and the sales person didn't get his email address right and didn't get the car transferred that we wanted to have transferred.
When we walked in together, Touny Crowe greeted us and helped us. He answered questions, let us test drive and didn't try to sell us something we didn't want. When we went to finance, the original finance guy wouldn't take no for an answer on the service plan. I walked out. Touny got me set up with the another finance person and I was in and out in 25 minutes with my own financing. Overall, I am satisfied with what I purchased and the help that Touny gave me. He's followed up with me several times to ensure that I'm satisfied.

paper plate expires today.
still no metal plate. contacted the office multiple times, no answers.
very disappointed.
basically bought a new car, but you can't drive it.
