Just gave our 2014 MDX to a sister n law that had 177 k miles and serviced here for 10 + yrs. So we bought a new 2025 MDX and just had our first service. Richard has been terrific at helping to maintain the vehicle and I expect to continue the service for another 10 years. The AutoNation Acura service department with Richard always inspects the vehicle to make sure we are not missing something that needs attention. Since I travel cross country I am assured the vehicle is ready to roll.

Richard and the rest of the team was absolutely AMAZING. They kept me updated the entire time my car was being serviced and they recommended light repairs I needed to consider getting fixed. The recall issue I had was taken care of and with my warranty, I was able to get other things fixed that I didn't know were issues. My car feels different in a good way which means they did a great job. I got a good car wash, too. Thank you all so much for helping me keep my vehicle in good shape.😊

Parts department is useless. The agent gives me the wrong part than says its what i ordered. Id rather drive across houston than come back here.

I have had my vehicle serviced 2 times at this location and both times the service was FANTASTIC! I've worked with Mario & Jon Joshua, they both were amazing. Also... when I picked up my car today, it was washed, tires cleaned and vacuumed. It looked so nice and it was very appreciated. I will continue to bring my car here for any services needed!

Everyone has been so very nice and helpful. The initial sale , the maintenance techs have all been so wonderful to work with. Matthew the service tech went above and beyond to take care of a recall issue at the same time as my service. I truly appreciate him saving me the extra time and trip back down to the dealership.
