I stopped there yesterday afternoon not too sure on what light I needed for my vehicle. I thought i would buy the main headlight and see if it would fix my issue but I wasn’t too sure. The young sweet lady whom unfortunately I didnt catch her name jumped right away to wanting to help figure out what light I needed. She went out to the car with me and tried to see what the issue was. She called Logan out to try and assist too and he actually fixed the issue!!! It was a bad connection on the terminal threading. I had been dealing with this for a few days and the dealership wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee of $225 without really even first taking a look. This issue I had already addressed with them before and they had simply disconnected and connected something back and it worked for a few months. Logan showed me how to do it and even explained to me how everything worked and what the issue might be. I immensely appreciated the explanation and breakdown of how it all worked too. He was very knowledgeable on everything. I’m beyond grateful for the help he gave me. Such a wonderful and helpful young man. I was ready to cry of happy tears. I know this is something so simple but to me it was everything. Thank you Logan and to the young lady for assisting me and providing me such impeccable customer service. They were so kind, helpful and genuine people. I hope management acknowledges just how wonderful they are and are lucky to have such amazing employees.

Gotta say, the level of service here was amazing. Every staff member was super helpful and friendly. The manager Josh personally saved me over a hundred dollars and the embarrassment of taking my car to the shop for a simple fuse. First time I could honestly say an auto zone made my day! Thanks Josh!

This isn't towards the store its more towards company ..make sure to never buy an engine from them again it is a hassle to get it warrantied!! Bought a new engine and it rattles pretty bad in the morning!!

Worst experience from any auto place, completely careless.
I went in to get a battery changed and you'd think they'd know how to put the positive on the positive and negative on the negative but apparently not. The employee initially put my car battery in backwards so when he asked me to start it I blew a fuse (1 out of the 5 times he asked) before coming to the conclusion that he put the battery in wrong. He then proceeded to take it out, turn it around and put it the right way. Sure enough my car turns on. But not even a 2 minute drive to burger house before my car isn't turning on. I pop the hood the see the battery completely disconnected. Killed the battery instantly from the couple minute drive. Thankfully some stranger pulled over and recharged it. But after doing so I now had codes popping up on my dash and my car isn't moving. We called up AutoZone and they sent a different employee with a code reader showing 35 different transmission codes. My car was fine before.
At this point I had already called up my brother in law who's a mechanic and he takes us back to AutoZone where he's explaining what happened and the management was able to get me a refund on the battery but said I'd still have to pay for the towing to get it to Firestone. When my car wouldn't need to be towed to begin with if their employee even took a second to ask if he was doing his job right. A battery change (usually about a ten minute job) now took the whole day. Inexcusable really and if y'all need anything the staff at Firestone egret bay was amazing, will only be going to them from now on. They actually know what they're doing. I'm shocked at the carelessness but honestly not surprised after speaking with the managers. Even they didn't know what they were doing. Don't hire people who can't differentiate something as easy as a positive and negative. You even had the old battery to compare to beforehand.

I've been in the store the past several times like a pest because I needed help with parts and these folks are the most wonderful and helpful people ever. They have helped me find the car parts I need and are super helpful when I ask for advice. I'm going to keep coming here for everything I need.

Car battery that i bought here a couple years ago was going bad. I drove to store, staff tested it and declared it bad. They installed a new battery for me on the spit! No charge! Great service! I know where i’ll be buying all my future batteries!

Words can’t describe how grateful I am for these gentlemen who work here. My family and I were on vacation and tornado hit. We were trying to drive back home but our alternator gave out. With no internet available they tried to contacted their friends to come help changed our alternator.
Tailor was going above and beyond for us and we really appreciated him.
