They definitely have a 5 star service, I called because my daughter was about to ran out of gas and we needed to fill the tank before the freezing temperatures arrived, Samantha had all her drivers booked for the day but managed to send a driver the following day, she did an amazing job, I just want to recognize how great her customer service skills are!! Thank you!!

I called yesterday and they were very helpful without having to ask. They lady that answered gave me exact directions. Today I got my propane tank filled and Ruebeb was very nice and took care of me right away. Definitely a future customer and would refer to anyone. I prefer to give my business to a local business.

Follow up on owners response: We were never told on the phone that their was no inventory of underground tanks. Had we been told of that information we wouldn’t have had someone come do a site visit at the house. After the site visit was performed, I was called 3 days later, and was told verbatim on the phone call “yeaaa I was just calling to let you know we aren’t coming out there to install an underground tank just for a stove”Also, seeing that you made a comment about our HOA, you are aware that they REQUIRE it to be underground, so having an above tank isn’t an option for us. Please don’t make it seem as if you were being helpful because the emails also say otherwise. You dismissed us and ignored my email when I asked for a reasoning to provide to our HOA. Hopefully you’ll be more clear with new customers upfront and they will have a better experience than I did.

Appalling attitude. Took a propane tank in for re-certification and was shouted at for standing in the doorway with empty tank in hand. Was told to get out and berated for failing to see a sign with alleged instructions on where to take the tank. They don't deserve business and I won't be back.

We are a custom builder in Houston and just recently started doing some beach houses in Galveston. Used Baygas for the first time on a tank install and couldn’t be happier. Prices competitive but service was top notch and even better. I will be going back to them on future installs for sure!

Arrived wanting to put 2 gallons in our not quite empty 20lb tank. Was told they would only fill it all the way, and it was $18 (which is very expensive since a tank holds only 4.5 gallons). I asked what if the tank is not empty, to which he replied it doesn't matter. He also claimed it was a 'federal law' and they could not sell by the gallon, only by weight, and could only fill it, and to fill it, was $18. To which I said we'll find somewhere else. Which we did, quite easily, at Tractor Supply, who was happy to provide us with the 2 gallons we wanted. There is certainly no federal law about selling propane by the gallon, and based on Tractor Supply, nor is it even a Texas law. They are simply taking advantage of people. Take your business elsewhere!

I was a former customer with Marin Propane. I was getting gouged for higher than average gas prices and getting the runaround for over a year to fix a broken float gauge. One call to Baygas and they were able to set me up as a new customer and schedule the repairs I needed the same week. The customer service was great and they offer a true "keep it full " program with monitoring and transparent pricing. Thanks Baygas!

Normally I receive fast and friendly service. My last visit I encountered a disgruntled employee who complained while assisting me with buying the proper propane cable that I needed. He also sat down and pointed to the different cables that might fit my propane tank. It was a different shopping experience to say the least.
