I’m super disappointed today I was getting my washer and dryer we purchased at this location on 4/16 and was going to deliver today Monday 4/21 made sure with the sales guy that helped us out that everything was included in the install from the hoses for the washer and dryer he said yes I dubbed check with him before anything and delivery address and all then we get a call about the install find out dryer hoes not including had to purchase it to complete the install then another call that’s the wrong delivery address so know have to wait til they have a available day to deliver my washer and dryer sorry super disappointed Best Buy not cool playing with my emotions
