Two employees on the floor. One at the register and one fiddling with a clothes rack. Was in the store 10 minutes and neither acknowledged my presence, no “hello”, no “may I help you?”. The employees were happy to speak with one another about how much money in sales they made for the day. The transparent unprofessional conversation made me take my business elsewhere as I saw no reason to contribute to their bottom line. Went to Maurices a few paces away and was met with OUTSTANDING customer service. Step it up Cato!
