The teller is extremely rude. Rushes through your atm deposits. I was still talking to her and she left me hanging through the speaker. Not helpful at all. Get better costumer service.

If I could post no stars I would. This branch has TERRIBLE customer service. They close your accounts without notifying you, even when you have direct deposit going into it. The branch manager FLOYD was completely disrespectful and a POS. Along with the female branch manager as well. Went in to reopen a savings account they closed due to inactivity (not all people have money in their savings right now with all of the covid issues right now) they did not even notify us that they were closing the account. We were hung up on by Floyd, then when we went into the branch like customer service told us to do, and asked to speak to a different manager, FLOYD was very disrespectful and got loud with us. And when we started asking the other manager to close our account completely and to get our money withdrawn from our checking she informed us that they have already closed our account and ending their relationship with us for NOTHING. Been banking there since 2009 but hadn't had to go into the branch alot. Floyd then calls the police and said he felt offended. Leaving one of us to be arrested for offending him. We were told it was for wearing our TRUMP 2020 masks. This place is a joke. Do not do business with them!

Irais at this branch was the one who helped me at my visit. She was on her phone checking social media as much as she could. And she was extremely rude and short with me. I was treated like an idiot. I will never return to this branch

Extremely slow and under staffed. Was in at lunchtime to pay mortgage as my Chase app had and has quit working properly.(Which Chase can't seem to find out why) Had ONE teller working the extended line that was backed up, and one teller working drive in. The "waiting lobby" had 4 people sitting waiting on service. There was only 2 bankers on duty out of all the cubicles there. The customer in front of me was having issues with his account (with the only teller working the line). There was 5 people in line behind me. After a 12 minute wait in line, it seemed there was no immediate resolve with the person's account ahead of me. I gave up. I am done done with this branch.

I'm not even from this state... & by far the WORST Chase I've ever visited. It's 3 in the afternoon to only have 1 girl working for people to be attended. Waited 30 minutes... To have the girl not tell me from the get go what's gonna happen to my situation. No, let me tell you! It's my money. I wasn't sure what she did but my Chase app began not letting me sign in. So I spoke to some other lady's chit-chatting in another cubicle... & they seemed upset I did that (THERES NO ONE ELSE) & asked me to wait again... I said NO. I waited long enough. I want help now. They said give them a second. Seemed real mad. & gave the like the hardest time to see what was going on. & honestly it's 3 in the afternoon... A lot of people get off work around that time, have staff available for the rush. WITHOUT THE ATTITUDE. There's people who want your job! Take it easy.

One star for being the closest Chase to Galveston. One star for not having to wait in ATM line long. One star for having high ATM limits. But lacking was that the outside ATM was FILTHY and I actually had to use hand wipes afterwards! I bank with Chase for their prestige and ATM high limits but this one was easily the filthiest I've ever been to! I understand eliminating tellers to reduce costs and increase profits but to have your guests have to use filth ATMs is unacceptable.

Called the local bank branch bnumber to ask the name of the business relationship banker assigned to my business account as I have opened several business and personal accounts at that branch. I wasn't at home where I had her business card and needed the information for a business credit reference (the credit application asked for that specific information). The gentleman that took my call gave me an 800 number to call to get that information. I called that number and was transferred to another number and the Chase customer service representative that I spoke to was "CLUELESS". After asking me several security question to verify my identity he beat around the bush and told me that the requested information was confidential. After explaining to him in detail the intended purpose and that he wasn't giving out secure account information he was unwilling to give me name of my relationship banker and told me that people normally go into the bank to get that type of information. I then realized that I was talking to a horribly uninformed Chase employee. He then transferred me back to the branch. Once I spoke to the the gentleman that I originally spoke to he told me, "there's an 800 number on the back of your business debit/credit card, give that to them and just put anyones name there. Anyone that answers the phone can answer questions about your business account." This 15 minute run-a-round was ridiculous. This is an example of employees who don't give a S*#t about the customer or the company that they work for. It's just another job for them and the level of customer service reflects that. The only reason that I gave 2 stars was that the last time I actually was able to speak to my banker she was responsive to my questions. My experience has always been more favorable when dealing with smaller banks and credit unions.

This is the worst Chase I've ever been in. Looks like they are running on a light skeleton crew. Not even enough to help the customers that have been waiting for almost an hour. 7 teller windows and they only use 1. They have 2 DIY machines upfront and have closed down the 4 teller windows. Waiting area is completely full and they tell us to have a seat. Really Chase employees?? Why not get rid of the machines and hire more people?? Your customer service is way below standards. The other Chase Banks care about their customers. Where is YOUR concerns?? I will never do business in your establishment again. There are too many other ones that I can go to that actually care.
