“putting in a review for the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! i came around 5-6pm on 6/12. i came to dillards for something very specific after running around in the whole mall not finding what i needed. this lady approached me and helped me find what i needed, she was very kind and very patient with me! i forget her name but i remember her saying she was the third floor customer service manager. if i ever do come to dillards again i would immediately go looking for her! :)”

“This JCPenney is the old faithful of the Fairmont Parkway, Neighbourhood. It’s always quick. You can get what you need. Sometimes you can’t because it’s not the biggest one customer service is always around. They always cleaning up after someone leaves something in the middle of the hallway sometimes the hours are off depending on Google so that’s why I’m posting it on a picture. Good selection of big and tall it’s my go to supply.”
“I found many items that I have been unable to find elsewhere, including online. Penny's used to be my go to for bedding, bath and drapes, so after not finding what I wanted online I went to 2 separate Penny's locations and both were helpful.”

“My girl Erica is A1 and an OG. When people say where are the stylist who offer that old school hair care she's who they are talking about. I'm so glad I found her and I'm so glad jcpenny isn't charging all these extra luxury prices. I'm actually able to go almost weekly and my hair is already growing faster than before! Erica talks plans for my hair and what I should do next and when and explains WHY! That last part yall is so important. I left team natural and went in for a relaxer. Eight weeks have passed and my new growth is substantial. I'm going back tomorrow for my touch up relaxer. My mom is going to. Oh did I mention she's giving me every style I've asked for thus far to sheer perfection? Yeah I'm a super happy customer who also isn't broke from hair care.”
“This store is bigger than we thought. The store is clean and had a large selection but kind of disorganized. Unique clothing that you wouldn't find at your "typical" chain store. Professional, casual, sexy....
There seemed to be a lot of employees but no one offered to help us and they all appeared really busy talking to each other rather than engaging with customers. Not a big deal because we really didn't need assistance - just an observation.
The cashier was very nice and helped me sign up for the loyalty program.
Prices were not terrible and seemed affordable. Overall, not a bad experience and would recommend.”

“Great store inside Baybrook Mall with great quality kids clothes. They have various styles for boy and girls. The staff is very helpful and for such a small store it was very busy due to back to school. Always been a brand I like and the kids love their look and say the clothes are very comfortable to wear.”
“I had the most amazing expirence shopping here this evening. I had the sweetest young woman helping me named miss gabby, she went above and beyond. Im absolutly terrible to shop for I'm so indecisive but she took her time helping me and showed me nothing but kindness and patience getting me ever diffrent style and size I could need. There was also another young woman helping us this evening i wasnt able to chatch her name but she was just as kind and patient as gabby was, she even striped one of their mannequin so my bestfriend could try on the outfit it was wearing. So over all the customer service was phenomena. Also the dressing room is so fancy and actually has great lighting in them so you can truly see what your buying.”
“My go to place! I’ve been going since my daughter was 1 I just recently went to get my daughter’s 3 year pictures and Ashley was our photographer she did AMAZING!!! I have never seen someone so good with kids in photography. I’ve had 3 different photographers at this location but Ashley was the sweetest most patient with my toddler she does wonders with that camera! I will be requesting her from here on out! Thank you Ashley for these beautiful photos and also for helping me find a good price for everything I ordered!!”
