“We found helpful staff and good prices at the gap.. I do wish that mall wood would make the overhange where they would get the water off the customers on rainy days.. I suspect that is that the customer base diminishes significantly on rainy days..”
“Store was messy when we went. Clothes not folded on tables and hanged clothes thrown on rack or hanging by one shoulder. Then saw 4 people at checkout but only 2 customers. I know people want to check out fast but 1 could of left and started cleaning up after messy people.”

“putting in a review for the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! i came around 5-6pm on 6/12. i came to dillards for something very specific after running around in the whole mall not finding what i needed. this lady approached me and helped me find what i needed, she was very kind and very patient with me! i forget her name but i remember her saying she was the third floor customer service manager. if i ever do come to dillards again i would immediately go looking for her! :)”

“This store focused mainly on young people has good clothes although always a little above the norm. This store is a little small but quite stocked. The clothing from this franchise is widely accepted by young people. We went for a t-shirt and left satisfied. 17 dollars. 50% off.”

“This store is bigger than we thought. The store is clean and had a large selection but kind of disorganized. Unique clothing that you wouldn't find at your "typical" chain store. Professional, casual, sexy....
There seemed to be a lot of employees but no one offered to help us and they all appeared really busy talking to each other rather than engaging with customers. Not a big deal because we really didn't need assistance - just an observation.
The cashier was very nice and helped me sign up for the loyalty program.
Prices were not terrible and seemed affordable. Overall, not a bad experience and would recommend.”

“Lady who answered the phone... rude and dismissive. Guy who was there when we showed up... clueless but courteous. He was from another location. Gentleman couldn't work the computer to save his life, but he was very nice and attentive during the photo shoot. Very entertaining. He made the experience very nice. The missing star was for the rude and dismissive rep who answered the phone. Other than that, pictures were nice..... but overpriced. We just bought the digital package $129.99 with a "coupon" (originally $169.99).... only to see it sold on their website for $99. Walmart prints are said to be better quality and definitely more affordable. I have confirmed this.”
“My girl Erica is A1 and an OG. When people say where are the stylist who offer that old school hair care she's who they are talking about. I'm so glad I found her and I'm so glad jcpenny isn't charging all these extra luxury prices. I'm actually able to go almost weekly and my hair is already growing faster than before! Erica talks plans for my hair and what I should do next and when and explains WHY! That last part yall is so important. I left team natural and went in for a relaxer. Eight weeks have passed and my new growth is substantial. I'm going back tomorrow for my touch up relaxer. My mom is going to. Oh did I mention she's giving me every style I've asked for thus far to sheer perfection? Yeah I'm a super happy customer who also isn't broke from hair care.”
