Love code blue!! They are awesome!! I love that they change up the workouts so you are not doing the same thing everyday. The people that come to workout are great as well, no judging just everyone trying to workout. Plus your first class is free!! Definitely recommend Code blue!!

When I initially went to code blue fitness I had 3 kids, 1 of which was 3 weeks old, and hadn’t worked out in over 2 years. I had never done a boot camp style workout and I didn’t know what to expect. The instructors were by my side to offer support and explanations throughout the workout and helped with weight selection and modifications if needed. After the first week I couldn’t wait to go back. There are all fitness levels here and the ages range from young to old. The atmosphere in the gym is positive and supportive, it truly is a fit family. It’s been over a year since my first class and I have never done the same workout twice! The instructors constantly change the workouts so you never get bored. I hope you read this and it inspires you to give code blue a chance #trusttheprocess

I started working out with code blue fitness a few years ago when Lisa would do classes out at the park! Working out at a new place back then had me feeling intimidated. On that first day I was welcomed and never felt uncomfortable! I had found my place! I've achieved many personal goals through this gym and I'd recommend it in a heart beat. Here you will find a variety of fitness levels, people of all ages, workouts that are constantly changing and amazing instructors that truly care about their clients!! I feel like family here and even on my worst day I leave the gym feeling motivated and thankful I came in!!

Love the Code Blue crew!! I do the 5:15am bootcamps. They are always challenging and also fun! The instructors are very motivating and mix up the workouts to keep them fresh! My daughter has also benefited from the one on one sports performance training sessions. The $ is very affordable!!!

I’ve been going to code blue for a little over a year now and let me tell you each and every time I go it reminds me that I can exceed my expectations. The instructors are extremely motivating and always push you to do you absolute best even when you don’t think you can do anymore and you don’t have anything to give they get more. I suggest giving it a try if you want a judgement free, family oriented, friendly gym that will push you hard and hold you accountable to reach your goals. #TrustTheProcess.

I love the CBF boot camp classes, fitfam, & trainers!!! They create a different workout every class which is amazing! I’ve been attending classes here for over a year & I still look forward going to boot camp 3-4x a week. I feel so much stronger after incorporating weight training into my routine! It’s also a great stress relief!!!!

I have been working out with code blue for a few years now and would never want to go anywhere else. You get a great workout with amazing trainers and a good group of friends to enjoy it with.
