I love circle K a lot, but today I let my girlfriend take my card and it did not work on the register for tap or insert, the indian woman on the left register was absolutely so rude to her and she said “What do you want me to do about it” So I came in and paid with the same card on my tap to pay and told the gentlemen with curly hair on the right what happened. He was a very kind and understanding person and you should really hire more people like that. Never had bad customer service until today.

The Indian man there is joke the company I work for has a deal with circle k because that's who we use for gas we get 53 cent refills because we're Platnium members and he would not honor our cups and refused to scan the barcode on my cup and tried charging me full price yall need to educate yall employees on these cups because this isn't the first time this has happened its ridiculous

Never received my paycheck for the little bit of time I worked here. I have texts between manager and I of the time I worked. Also, they don't pay you for training or to do training videos. They expect you to do them at home. Never have I ever had to work a overnight shift by myself in my life. That is a huge safety concern. They are cheap and unorganized. Worst place I ever worked for. Contacted HR about my check and absolutely nothing has been resolved. Shady place to work that doesn't pay anyone for wasting their time or gas coming there.

Come in all the time for icees and junk food, but I've had my last straw with the old grey hair chinese lady. She is always rude. The 2 guy cashiers are always super chill and a pleasure to talk to.

They use to have all the food rollers going for the morning shift. Now the workers just sit on their phones not doing anything at all. Super lazy night shift. Service is really bad now. Hire new workers. Asap.

People we're saying how the management was bad and people weren't nice, and yes before i couldn't agree more but ever since they've got rid of those ugly people the store could be more jolly! For those who don't wanna come back "like me " let's all give it another chance, they've really made my day

Often busy, no matter what time of day or evening or night! But store has appeared clean & well kept any time I have stopped in. Unlike the store in Friendswood the soda & ice machines ARE functioning. Maybe because the machines in Friendswood are Old! The store in Friendswood is located off 528 & Sunset. Circle K really REALLY need to invest in new soda and icy machines, I don't ever do the coffee or the other machines so I can't comment on those. The four stars are only because there are several attendants inside the store on 96, but only one register open 98% of the time. Come on people, when we come in the store we R usually busy and on the run and you need to have both registers open because you do have a lot of customers to attend to. The majority of the time when I have dropped in there is always a line of at least 5, 6 or 8 people patiently and impatiently standing in line waiting to check out.
