During my visit today the manager I think her name is Ericka I apologize if I got her name wrong and she actually saw me having a hard time looking for something well she came up to me and asked me if I needed some help! Wow, I so appreciated her asking and helping me look for something. That's great customer service that we dont see anymore. Thank you again CVS Store Manager for taking care of your customers!!

Sammi the CVS employee had an extremely snarky tone, was not helpful, and seemed passive aggressive! She actually chuckled when I was leaving upset that I had driven so far to this location for nothing. I hardly ever write reviews but writing this before even leaving the parking lot. Zero stars

The most hateful and rude employee experience I have ever had. Attempting to use the self check out which is the only option when I needed help Estela was incredibly rude and condescending. When I asked her name her response was “can you not read like you can’t use the machine”. Thankfully there is a Walgreens across the road.

The pharmacy does not answer the phone. They require you to leave a voice message and receive a call back. Awful customer service model for anything emergent.

Worst CVS I have ever used I have tried to use them 2 times lately and something always comes up and something is wrong on there end can never get my script filled when I have never had a problem elsewhere would recommend to use the other cvs or wallgreens in league city

This CVS Pharmacy is awful!!! They don’t know what they’re talking about, continually mess up prescription orders, then they tell you one thing over the phone the another thing and when asked specifics say, “I just work here” well yeah I know! Don’t you think you might wanna know what you’re saying before spouting that off?! Oh and update:
They called back and said they couldn’t transfer it to another pharmacy and when confronted about this so called state law that was passed in late April that didn’t exist she said “oh it’s CVS policy” I said,”oh so yall won’t fill someone’s medication if they’re not insured” and she said very proudly, “yes”. CVS blows!

judy is a very disrespectful woman i’ve spoken to otp with her 3 times now and she just can’t give me the information that i need or she lies. it’s very sad and unprofessional to see woman act like this towards other woman.

The pharmacist was very rude and said that they didn’t take my insurance when they are literally on the directory including all surrounding cvs locations.
