I do not recommend The Minute Clinic in this place. Either the people who work there don’t want to work, are not well prepared to do the job or their equipment is faulty.I went 4 days ago because I had a swollen throat with white spots and had had a fever the previous night. I was “supposedly tested” for flu and strep and both results came back inconclusive with errors and therefore negative.Their stupid machines don’t work.I was prescribed Tamiflu because the nurse practitioner said just in case it’s the flu.Wrong Wrong Wrong. My doctor was able to take me in the same day an hour later and the flu test was negative but the strep came back positive so I was prescribed antibiotics.I’m fine now 3 days later since the antibiotic kicked in. The fever stopped. This is the second time they have errors with their equipment because back in November the same thing happened. I had RSV. But I was checked only for flu and COVID and of course the results came back negative so the nurse said it was probably a simple cold.Again I went to my doctor the next day because I was feeling worst and he prescribed me the right medication.By the way they charged me a little over $173.00 just for testing me and the visit and taking me in. That was with health insurance.I paid only $65 with my doctor.Do not go to get treatment over there for upper respiratory issues maybe only for vaccines and other purposes.

This location used to be good but it feels dated, customer service is inconsistent, and they stopped taking my insurance at the Pharmacy. I am done with this place.

Scheduling online for my vaccination was extremely easy and straightforward. Online pre-check-in and in-clinic check-in was also super efficient and stress free.I had a great experience with the nurse who administered the vaccination. She was friendly and made the entire process very comfortable. I would most definitely recommend the League City, Main Street location for quick and easy vaccinations.

Good luck trying to call this place. You get placed on hold, and then your hear them pick up the phone and hang up on you.

I have strong insurance and get all my prescriptions from cvs but when I got there to get a strep throat test, I was told they could not verify my insurance and I would be charged up to hundreds of $$ which they 'would' adjust if my insurance did confirm coverage. I even checked in hours in advance and provided images of my insurance card but it wasn't helpful. All I wanted was a test for strep but she told me it could cost up to hundreds of $$ and only could give me a range 35% +|-?!? She couldn't or wouldn't tell me what would drive an extra 35% in costs. I went outside to call and confirmed with my insurance cvs minute clinic was considered in network and went right back in to inform her but she said it was too late and I had to make another appointment. Just poor customer service combined with below average systems and communication.

I live right next to a Walgreens. I’m talkin right next to it, BUT I drive 10 minutes down the road to this specific CVS because of Adam. He is super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. He has truly mastered customer service. Greeting people at the door, helping them when they look around confused without even knowing why they’re confused. He’s got all the answers. Once, I walked in with a plastic cup looking for a trash can and he threw my cup away for me. They don’t make em like Adam anymore

Absolutely horrible pharmacy service. Got a pretty serious drug prescribed to me and the tech did not even ask if I had questions. She literally put the prescription in the drawer and walked away. She did not advise me on the many side effects or the effects it could have on me while breastfeeding. The last time I went there when I was prescribed the incorrect medication they were awful too and refused to help me. I hate this place and will be changing my pharmacy to one unfortunately farther away.

I would give zero stars if possible. I've been a nurse 30 years and this place is pathetic for anything except maybe a flu shot. I went there very ill with bronchitis. I'm elderly, co-morbids and all the NP (not a doctor!) gave me was Tessalon Pearls which very few if any MD's prescribe anymore and an inhaler which I did not need. I became even MORE ill and went to another NP, this time at a Next Care, and he had the good sense to give me an antibiotic and prescription cough med. When I saw my regular MD 5 days later got another cough syrup and a steroid pak. I have never been this sick this long and it could have been avoided if the 1st practitioner had know what to do! NEVER EVER GO TO A MINUTE CLINIC IF YOU ARE SICK!!!!!!!

I should give 0 stars if I couldI set up a vaccines appointment. When I got there, they told me thier fridge broke. They didn't have the vaccine for me. I drove 20 min because they are the nearest provider to home that have the Moderna vaccine. This place commits insurance fraud. They incorrectly billed my insurance. I didn't even get the vaccine. Now I'm looking to have the vaccine in walgreens and I can't because of them.

Don't ever use this minute clinic unless you want to waste your time and wait hours past the time of your apt. Been here twice and both where miserable experiences.

I should give 0 stars if I could. This place commits insurance fraud. They incorrectly billed my insurance for a Doctor's visit when I returned to have my TB test result read. In reality, I didn't even step foot in the exam room. The nurse looked at my arm in the waiting area, told me to wait, she printed my result, then handed it to me while complaining about how her relief was so late and she was supposed to be gone already. And CVS billed for a primary care doctor visit, which my insurance charged me for since CVS is not my PCP. I called their corporate office and they still refused to rebill for the correct visit. This is after they finally fixed the billing for the first visit for the TB PPD test. They kept telling me I didn't have insurance when I had provided a card and it was scanned in. After several calls, they finally fixed that visit, but then sent the bill for the TB reading. They are very unhelpful, refuse to deal with your insurance to help them process the claim. They just didn't want to correct a claim where they got a reimbursement from my insurance plus my copay. It's insurance fraud. And I will tell everyone I know. Also, their exam room is messy, with vaccine vials that should be in the fridge left out on the counter, trash on the floor and papers on the chair I was supposed to sit on.

Another retail location that says open till 12 midnight, when it should be 11 or 10. I walked in tonight at 1125pm to buy some bottled water and the two employees are standing by the entrance when I walk in to tell me they already shut the registers down??! Why close the registers 30 minutes before the store closes?? Never coming back to this CVS again.Walgreens across the street is much cleaner and the employees actually are doing their jobs.
