I have had nothing but good experiences with the pharmacy here. I have always exchanged my propane tanks here as well, but when I wanted to drop an empty one off without exchanging it, they would not let me.

Only self check out. So then when you only have one item and skip bagging they still have to come over and check you out. Happens every time I’m there. What’s the point? Shocker, company is doing away with actual customer service.

Why can’t you talk to a person when you call anymore? The only options are the machine or voicemail. Also, I left two voicemails and have yet to receive a call back. Terrible customer service.

I called to see when my meds would be ready and they told me 45 min, and I asked if they could make it a waiter cause 1) I had to get to work soon and 2)I’m in pain, I heard her laugh and say “just a moment” then she said it would be ready in 30 min, I get a text in 25 min that all my meds were ready, so we went from it taking 45 min to it only taking 25 min…I use to work at all the major retail pharmacies so I know how they work and that even if you did just open, you don’t need 45 min to fill two scripts that aren’t even controls, it’s also my first time taking any of these meds and the pharmacist didn’t give me a consultation, so I’ll be calling my Doctor to get one

I am very concerned about this CVS pharmacy. I am in the medical field myself, and I’ve seen in the last two months prescriptions that can be bought over the counter not being filled per doctors orders(It’s not up to the pharmacist, opinion, fill the medication as ordered). Automated prescription refills, stating they are ready when the pharmacy does not even have the medication on site. Arriving during normal operating hours, 8 AM, And the pharmacy is closed. I am not really sure how this can go on, I am sure I am not the only customer experiencing this. In long, delay of care on the minimum and not carrying out physicians orders as prescribed on the maximum. Seriously need to look into what’s going on here.

This CVS seems to have constant issues with prescription medication and communication. I have the same medication every month and every month it can take 2 weeks for them to fill it. In the mean time they will change the order status from processing to delayed every couple days so it looks like the medication hasn’t been sitting there. When I call I get different stories and most the time they tell me it was just sent in yesterday.

Regularly pick up my prescription here. I never had an issue. Don't use the drive thru. Except for Chick fila, Never use a drive thru anywhere if you can walk in.
