This CVS seems to have constant issues with prescription medication and communication. I have the same medication every month and every month it can take 2 weeks for them to fill it. In the mean time they will change the order status from processing to delayed every couple days so it looks like the medication hasn’t been sitting there. When I call I get different stories and most the time they tell me it was just sent in yesterday.

Regularly pick up my prescription here. I never had an issue. Don't use the drive thru. Except for Chick fila, Never use a drive thru anywhere if you can walk in.

The employees at this CVS were so rude and unhelpful especially in the pharmacy. I asked about an OTC medication that I always have to get through the pharmacy as they never keep it on the shelf. The girl was rude and didn’t even bother to find out if they carried it or not. When I got to the front of the store to pay for other purchases all they had were self checkouts. No one would man the regular checkout. I don’t like using them as they can be very confusing. One clerk grudgingly helped me. I doubt I will return to this location again. It never used to be that way.

Came at 2pm on a Saturday to pick up a prescription. Counter inside is closed for no obvious reason. Drive through is backed up 5 cars deep. There are 2 drive through lanes but one is closed (paper sign). CVS just recently closed a store on Main Street so now many of us have to use this location further away and it seems like it’s barely operational. What’s going on?

Sheira,Sheera, whatever her name is was just SO COMPLETELY rude to me that she literally threw an item back in my cart. I had 140$ in OTC money to spend. She told me, even though all items were blue tagged and in my wellcare book, they weren't allowed and to basically screw off. I asked if she could let me run and grab like 3 more things and she said no because there was someone who had messed up their own transaction, needed to be checked out. She insisted on the fact that when she scanned something that didnt work, it ate up one of my OTC transactions, which was a blatant lie, found out after placing an online order for exactly what I had in store. Won't EVER go back to this CVS the only reason I ever shop at CVS is free money from my healthcare. RUDE, DONT EXPECT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE!!!!! Reported to corporate afer she threw an I've pack back in my cart, HARD.

Went in today with my father so he can use his new insurance money card to get a few things that the doctor said that he needed and they were not helpful at all kept passing us off to other employees there was only one young man who was helpful and very apologetic the rest of them weren't helping at all

CVS Carepass is a CVS SCAM. They sign you up for Carepass without your knowledge and then refuse to give refunds for the illegitimate charges they made to your credit cards even though you did not sign up for or ever use the service.

I never used before this pharmacy but was horrible experience. The employers always looks very busy and I think they don’t are focused really. I got some prescription for migraine. After way for several minutes she say I will be with you in a few, then when she look as my prescription she explained me was not there but, they will have the next day and they will text me when my prescription was ready.After to days nobody text me and in a break I took from my job I went to pick my medication, again was no yet. The lady told me you can go at Dickinson location in order to get it, I ask to her to chance to kemah(clear lake) location because is closer to my home and I think for lazy she say you can ask to your doctor charge it.I went later to get my groceries in Kema and with the paper the lady gave me in cvs league city I asked to the lady in the pharmacy if I can get there my prescription and, she completely polite told me I can change your prescription for get it here, but I will do my order today and I will have it.Cvs Target in Kemah Clear lake, the personal really cares about you and they do excellent job.Thank you!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This is the 2nd time I have had an experience with a CVS where they wouldn’t even acknowledge my presence. I always figured not giving them my business does more than a review. But this time I have had enough.I was standing at the pharmacy drop-off window for what felt like 10 minutes & no one even acknowledged me. The pharmacist looked up twice, we made eye contact, she didn’t say a word. When someone stepped to the pickup window, she got acknowledged right away. The manager that was asking for Roberto’s ( the one that works at the TC location) number walked by me & behind me, she too didn’t bother to acknowledge me. The pharmacy tech (with fire red hair) must have felt me starting at her, but refused to look up.By this time a 2nd customer came to the consultation window & she got acknowledged but not me. I know I wasn’t looking my best, but isn’t obvious that if I’m at the drop-off window is because I’m not feeling my best. At that point I just walked out.If it wasn’t that my employer has CVS/CAREMARK as our pharmacy benefits I wouldn’t step a foot in a CVS.

If I could give negative stars I would. This pharmacy is awful. Has lost medications makes excuses. Really hate that 102 w main st is closing so they sent us to this location.

Had a perscription for pain meds went to pick it up and they said sorry don't have that in stock and can't fill your perscriotion for a week need to order it. They had all day to call me but totally incompetent !
