Just got back from the dermatologist who suggested at wart remover for suborrehic keratosis. Spoke to the pharmacist, who said nothing will help me and walked away. There was no discussion for treatment options to request or even a specific wart remover as suggested by my dermatologist. I am a pharmacy technician so I know there is more information she could have given and have seen the customer service that pharmacists can provide. Just be aware, you won't get that here. Side note: husband picked up his script and wasn't even given the option to speak with the pharmacist for his new script. Last I knew, this is not legal operating procedure for new prescriptions in the state of Texas.

Pharmacy staff is not polite, not treated as customer, rather as if an inconvenience.

The pharmacy staff of the CVS near me at 3013 Marina Bay Dr League City, TX have always been friendly and helpful. Today, Tara went above and beyond being friendly and helpful! Insurance can be such a pain to navigate and Tara really came through and stood up for me! Thank you so much!!!

Tara and Kelli in the pharmacy saved me tonight! After going to Walgreens and them telling me it would be an HOUR for eye drops, I got my scripts back and came over here. They not only got the eye drops filled but my other prescriptions as well under fifteen minutes and were SUPER NICE. Thanks to you both! You made my night.

Tony the store manager must have one heck of an employee training program!
Immediately as a customer walk’s in the door they are very politely greeted by any employee that has s encountered. Even while shopping amongst the rows of the store, if an employee is working the shelves, they always greet and offer help to the customers walking by.
This type of attitude always comes from the “top down” in any business!!
The Pharmacy!
Wow, wow, WOW, I cannot speak any higher about these employees!!!
Not only do they greet you with an extremely positive attitude and smile, they exude a caring and heart felt honesty about one’s medical and pharmaceutical situation.
Often times, when a question arises of the information in one computer, they will go to another computer to try and figure out the situation. Then, if that does not work, they will consult with one another to figure out the situation, and most every time they get the job done.
On top of all this, they are just darn out-right wonderful ladies! There are a few good men in the mix too. Lol
I unhesitatingly, recommend CVS store#
538-2416, on Marina Bay Drive, in League City Texas, 77573, as it is a pure joy to walk into EVERY-TIME!!!

I’m sitting at the drive-through window now, which has been prematurely closed. There are several employees walking past the window and completely ignoring me. This is the absolute worst pharmacy on the face of the planet. Closed early with no notice

So thankful for the pharmacist at this location. She is so knowledge and really cares about her patients. She always takes the time to explain my new medications and has gone out of her way on serval occasions to help me and my husband with issues.

i’ve been using this pharmacy for over 2 decades. The current pharmacist has issues. Everytime i talk to her she asks me for the names of each prescription and corrects me when i mispronounce the prescription name. She places her quiz between me and filling my scripts even after I call to verify that the ‘scripts are ready. I went into the store one day to learn more about glucose monitors and when i asked her which aisle they were in she slammed her hand on top of the metal cabinet as if to scold me for not looking at her. She has a corrosive personality and one of her aides came to my rescue to help answer my questions about the different monitor types and what my insurance would cover. I am very disappointed in the hiring management in not emphasizing the importance of customer service and empathy for patients who are reliant on the experience and expertise of a pharmacy to help them with the variety of health challenges that they have to address. Adding a ‘mentally’ unstable pharmacist with a corrosive relationship with CVS customers must be addressed immediately for the good for CVS, their customers and especially for the pharmacist herself. She seems to be knowledgeable about her craft but her lack of empathy for patient care is demoralizing to people who need the most help. Thank you and take care. NASA Systems Engineer

Worst Pharmacy customer service I've ever been involved with. I never once called a corporate office to file a compliant but this place made me go out my way and make that call. The first time I went, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and only assumed the lady at the window was having a bad day and stressed. I get it... but not even a month later to pickup my refills, the same lady at the window was there and just the worse customer service and unprofessional person that shouldn't be working there. Yelling out my prescriptions and questions to the Pharmacist, while people can hear, was uncalled for. She didn't know questions that I was asking that a person should know if they worked there, and didn't have to be a pharmacist to answer. If I could give this place zero stars I would... changing pharmacies and I don't care if it's further away.

The girl Cierra that works there got upset with me because I didn't want to use the self checkout. I use it 90% of the time because no one is ever available to check customers out. This particular day, I needed to redeem a discount that I'd received to my card, so I chose to wait in line. She immediately tried to get me to use self checkout and when I declined, she became annoyed and started talking about me to the customer she was checking out. As a customer, I shouldn't be made to feel as though I'm an inconvenience because I don't want to use the self checkout. That is your job and I needed to redeem my discount.
