I can't say enough good about the staff here. I started seeing Katrina, who gave me different treatment options including pros and cons and asked me how I wanted to proceed. I have never felt like I was able to make informed decisions in my care in the past. When Katrina was not available, I was hesitant to see Dr. Zamora because she was so wonderful. He was just as wonderful. He took the time to answer my questions and I never felt rushed. When they referred me to a specialist there was an insurance issue. Dr. Zamora and staff picked up the phone and helped, even though it had nothing to do with them. He then followed up with me multiple times after hours just to make sure it was resolved. The one thing I can guarantee is that they genuinely care and I will not be going anywhere else. I have been a patient for several years now and won't be going anywhere else.

Do NOT waste your time or money. Charged me extra for bloodwork test because they check for vitamins D and C I was taking! Ridiculous. Didnt ask me either and they said they coding it wrong for months.Then after a year later they billed me to pay.Saw nurse practitioner then doctor who I did Not see called about it. Very unprofessional place. Would NOT recommend!

Use to be great, now they're just running a con game scamming patients for "unpaid insurance benefits." They'll hold back approving life critical medication refills like blood pressure medication, claiming balances are due from years past that are not owed and were paid by insurance company.

Allow me to be more diplomatic about this facility. As most of the office staff are good people and actually do their jobs. I cannot say that about the Dr.'s in this place and also will add that this office is WAY over booked. This place has too many patients, as the person who is running it is more inclined to make big $ instead of caring for patients. When this place opened, I was one of the first patients to come here and was able to see MY Dr. on any given day. Now, if I were to make an appointment, I am being told it's 3 weeks to a month before I can see MY DR. but I can see a PA anytime. That's not what I am paying for. And when a PA takes my hand, while seated in an examination room, and assures me and promises me that WE are going to get to the bottom of my medical issue then a week later I am being told that I am no longer a patient here, because the Head Honcho Pancho does not like what I said about how he runs his practice, Just proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that this place is only in it for the $$$$. Do not waste your time or money on this place.

It's an okay place, if you only need a minor checkup. If your insurance sucks, and need new prescriptions, they'll send you to another medical office with more high copays to pay. Learn their language too, because if you don't speak medical terms, you'll be lost and confused, as I was. I no speak that language, so it was a waste of time for me.
