Not happy. Made an appointment for in the morning and received an email that my request was being looked at. Then another email to call be arriving to verify something, then another email confirming my appointment ( so I thought). Drive up there and the place is packed!! I go in and say I have an appointment and give them my name. The guy looks puzzled and then goes, did you get the email. I told him I did and he said it moved to the next day in the afternoon. I guess I didn't look at the email very closely ?. The thing is if the spot I requested was already booked why have it available and why was I not asked if moving my appointment was convenient for me, which it wasn't.

Set an appointment at 4 pm and they didn't get my truck in the bay until 5 pm. What's the purpose of an appointment then? I would understand if the place was busy. Unfortunately I bought the lifetime alignment package and brakes. All I needed was a simple alignment for preventive maintenance.

The whole krew here is really awesome and laid back. Jason, the mgr is very helpful and his techs are really professional and were very careful with the new wheels! Much appreciated, will be back for alignment! ??

I would recommend this firestone location. I was timid to even go back to a firestone after what happened to me at another location. I had a transmission completely replaced at the 249 location in Cypress/tomball area and they didn’t do it correctly causing me to be stranded multiple times after they had said it was fixed let me drive off and the same issue would happen.This firestone location was great they replaced my battery in my Cadillac XT5 it’s an expensive battery but they saved me a lot of money compared to what a dealership wanted to charge me.The men working that day helped me so much and I never got the feeling of I’m being taken advantage of because I’m a woman.I would recommend this firestone location in Dickinson and I will continue to use this location exclusively.

TERRIBLE PARTS AND TERRIBLE SERVICE! I would rate 0 stars if I could. This place is a nightmare and I had the worst auto garage experience I've had in 20 years.I made a horrible mistake of taking my car to Firestone for a steering rack replacement and after they replaced it then it started leaking all over my driveway within a few days. I took it back and they charged me the cost of labor to put in another and the manager said he's doing me a favor by not charging me for parts. A few days later that rack started to leak and I took it back and they put more fluid in the rack and I requested a bottle of the fluid and they gave me a HONDA fluid bottle and I don't even drive a Honda. After driving a few days the rack started to leak AGAIN! I took my car back and they replaced the rack but yep... you guessed it a few days after that it started leaking AGAIN and grinding. I paid money to take it to the dealership and they said the grinding was from an improper placement of the steering rack and the subframe bolt threads were stripped and this cost was $2000+ for an issue I didn't causeI took my car back to Firestone and Demanded a fix and the technician said the grinding noise and leaking was from my shocks and springs... shocks don't even have fluid. I told him no it's the steering rack again... so they looked at the car and determined the supplier was faulty but they tried to blame the dealership for the stripped subframe when the dealer didn't even remove the subframe. This experience was the closest I've ever been to a lawsuit. This was a horrible experience. I hate Firestone and will never use them again, I lost so much time and money. I have never written a review before but I had to warn people of how incompetent these people are.

Came in for inspection. Charged for shop supplies and installed 2 new windshield wipers. 2 days later, passenger side wiper flew off, causing abrasions to my windshield. Even if they offered to replace it for free I wouldn't come back. A typical inspection charge is no where near what they charge, and it's a 2007 Diesel with only 44k miles on it.

Wasted $3,000 between 2 cars in the last year and neither are fixed.1 was AC. $300 last fall for a charge. 2 months later, broken. I think it never worked but we didn't notice over winter. We had changed out the compressor prior. When we realize it's still not working (Feb), we bring it back and the guy says there must be a leak. If there was a leak, it was there before. Why didn't he tell us then?Also, my Son's jeep; $2600 1 mth later, it's still not passing inspection. They messed up the light. We brought it back, they fixed it and now the engine is making weird noisesUpdated 2/22/23- so, when I originally made the complaint, I spoke to corporate too. They allowed me to have Jason look at it. He graciously got the ac working somehow. He said he just refilled it but it was working again...ish. he said it would be about $2800 & recommended a whole setup. We declined. Now, my heater doesn't work lol. We also had him look again at my Son's car. Guess what? The steering box was now broken, he said. He wants $2600 more. Remember, we had just let them completely do everything they said needed to be done only a couple months prior at almost $3k. We decide to replace it ourselves. It wasn't the box. The hose had a hole. I'm gonna bet it was an accident caused by Firestone. It was a $170 fix

Had an appointment set for 10 days in advance but when I showed on time today the manager at 7:02 told me I had no appointment and said it must have been a different location so I called the number I called 10 days prior and watched pick up the phone and answer my call and he couldn't do anything to help unless I waited until 1pm.Service: Tires

The two Jason in the front are awesome and the technicians Joshua and Damon was great. The customer service is great and the place is clean with nice quiet settings. The guys here sets the bar high for good quality service.
