Was talked into a part replacement that didn’t need replacement. Don’t believe a thorough test was applied to the older part before it was replaced. Had older part tested with a simple OBD scanner and it worked 100%. Also bracket holding the part was not installed correct and was broken. Waisted time and lost of $$.
Be mindful of what is suggested and make sure a through test/diagnostic is performed before agreeing.

I will always trust FireStone with my car help. Not only do they do excellent service, they are very knowledgeable, friendly, and the best in the business. I have been working with Frank since I started driving at 16. He has been my saving grace with any car issues. I will always recommend and trust them. They will never try to up charge or scam you.

Not enough employees for the work load. Extremely long wait times for minute fixes. When there's less workers jobs that take the least amount of time to get out the shop obviously should be prioritized over jobs that will have several people waiting in yalls lobby for hours instead of maybe a single person waiting. Was going to take me 3.5 hours to get my car back for a tire patch 😂

Firestone on Egret Bay league city always does an excellent job. Great customer service. Mr Frank always welcomes us by name. Mrs Naomi always does a thorough job. Best branch I’ve been to. Been coming to this location since I moved to League city and won’t be going anywhere else. 💯 service.
