The guy who helped me was very kind but he messed up my warranty tag so when I went to go exchange my messed up switch nobody knew what to do. The code match up but it says it's the wrong color and wasn't helpful.

Great selection of games, items and accessories. The staff is always super helpful and knowledgeable on upcoming releases, etc. Couldn't ask for anything more, just a great experience every time we go in!

First off, I never do reviews but this experience blew my mind and is a perfect example on how not to run a brick and mortar gaming store.I went to get an extra Oculus Quest 2 so I can play games with the kids. Of course they had it in stock, however this is only where the idiocy started.1. Apparently, in order to “have access to newer consoles” you MUST have/create a pro account with both phone an email, as if we don’t get enough spam. It’s d*** and is only used to collect personal information but it’s free so it’s fine.2. It comes with a 14.99/yr game informer subscription that cannot be removed.3. THEN in order to complete purchase you have to purchase the extended warranty in order to continue for $50.4. If you disagree, you simply cannot buy the console.I will tell everyone in Internet land the same thing I told the dude behind the counter and the entire store full of the 1 other customer they probably saw all day. Bold move from a company that will be out of business in the next few years. You might as well be the next Blockbuster.

Good lord there’s only 1 guy working at a time right now at 7:04pm on March 17th and he’s taking about 30 min per customer trying to get them to buy the GameStop insurance and then just slow talking over and over. Horrible customer service.

Well never spend money there anymore I pre-order a game and find out the day I go pick it up it was cancelled by them and never got a refund back I'm a pro member there and never again go back.

Dude, this manager is the best!!! He has the best spirit and attitude and is so helpful!! I love going to this store when he is there. He gets me hooked right up with everything I need for the kiddos!
