Abel has helped my husband and I several times in the store and has gone above and beyond to ensure our needs are met! Not only that but he really takes the time to listen to our concerns and provides excellent answers and explanations for our questions! Highly recommend working with the young man! He keeps us coming back to Best Buy!!

Came in without an appointment to fix my computer. Owen and Ron took care of everything super fast, super polite, and super informative. This location is great because of these two guys. I've been here on multiple occasions and they have not steered me wrong. 10 out of 10 would recommend, can't recommend enough.

Made appointment with this store for my Apple i phone. Get there run a diagnostic told them my screen just been replaced by another geek squad. Said couldn’t do anything for me go back to lake Jackson store

Came here to Geek Squad to get pc fixed. Professional and friendly staff. Knowledgeable and was updated every step of the way during the repair period. Repair job was done right. Wait times at the location could use a little more help.

I went there last week, I had a problem with my laptop, they didn't really help me at all, instead they said they would have to send it off to figure what is wrong with it and it would cost like $150, and it was not a guaranteed anything, so basically she was saying, if they couldn't fix my laptop they would through it out and i would basically lose the $150 and have no laptop, that my best deal is to buy another one. I was confused as to why they would even through you property out if you sent it to be repaired? Greek squad is not the same. All I was trying to figure out was why my laptop was all of a sudden having loading problems and get my data recovered.But thankful my brother was able to recovery my data for free and I didn't have to waste my time and money at Greek Squad. Save yourself the headache.

I paid on line and they lost my order. I'm waiting to get my credit card bill to make sure I was not charged. I have heard nothing but bad comments and don't want them in my house. I hired someone from a Home Advisors.
