Curbside service here needs a better manager. A few months ago, I placed an order and received at least 3 bags of someone else's order and was missing half my order. Which I then had to go in and shop for myself, since they didn't have my bags at curbside. I began using a different location and hadn't had any issues, then decided to give them another try today. Once again, missing several items. I can understand when maybe one or two items doesn't end up making it in the order, but 9 is a few too many. I really appreciate the convenience of not having to shop my own groceries, but I will just continue to drive further down the road the the HEB curbside that has their act together.

The curbside is literally the worst I drove around in a circle 6 times just to finally get a spot why would they schedule everyone to pick up at the same time if they knew they didn’t have to staff to cover the amount of traffic, I literally wanted to just go in and by my groceries myself and cancel this whole order.

I love H‑E‑B products and prefer to shop here, but curbside almost always forgets several of my items and then I have to come back to get them which is very inconvenient and defeats the purpose of getting curbside to save time. It happens so often it’s very frustrating.

I had the worst cashier today, I wanted to buy a pack of cigarettes, but "Owen" the bad cashier told me that can't buy a pack.. I even showed him my I.D. I am 30 years old! So I had to go to customer service! What a prick!! MAKES ME NEVER WANT TO SHOP AT H.E.B AGAIN!

Love curbside pickup! It’s free as long as you don’t need it within an hour of ordering, and it’s usually ready for pick up earlier than my requested pick up window. Super convenient and the employees are always so respectful!
