Switched to HEB pharmacy from Walgreens and I couldn’t be happier! They are so efficient here and so much nicer! They always have the prescriptions I need and I never have to wait on them. Carla checked me out this last time I went and she was so sweet and helpful. I am so glad I switched

Been getting my prescriptions filled at this location for many months, called in advance to see if they were in stock and when my doctor sent it over (by the way this has not been an issue since I started using them) they are now currently refusing to fill my medications and have told me that no HEB will fill my prescriptions. And would not give me the prescription number to be transferred, pharmacists play doctor and scrutinize patients who legitimately use the medications that actually need it. Would not recommend this pharmacy for any medications that have negative popular opinion at all.

Paul was horrendous to work with. I am now transferring all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. I have been using this pharmacy for 5 years, but not anymore. His sarcasm was not professional and the lack of customer service was appalling. I am deeply disappointed in HEB. When addressing this with the pharmacist she stated she was there and did not hear that. The lack of accountability within management team is horrific as well. This behavior is unacceptable and made me switch pharmacies.

I use to not have any problem filling my medications but the last year or so have been just awful, I will not continue to give them my business anymore due to never having my medication or making the decision to only fill half with out letting me know and causing me to have to go back to the Dr to have script re written.

I had an telehealth Dr. appointment at 11 AM and the pharmacy was happy to have my prescription ready for pickup in less than an hour to accommodate my lunch break.

Really tried to work with the pharmacy since we grocery shop here. Steady decline over the past year. Moving to a different pharmacy. Update: thanks for your reply. I'm happy to call and help HEB solve their problems. My rate is $185/hour- minimum engagement is 8 hours for this type of consulting, payable in advance. You could also look at you recent reviews and maybe get enough info to get started on your own.

This Pharmacy rule is if we are out of a medication, just ignore the order. 2-14 my Wife's Surgeon called in 4 meds,yesterday 2-28 we went to pick up after surgery, they said they never received. Called Dr, while on the phone they called in again and was told give it an hour. Showed up to get and the lady says we never received it, bull! Listened to the Dr call it in. "Well we don't have that anyway, maybe that's why we didn't keep the order" My Wife was in such pain because of the obvious idiot running this location. Walgreens is where we went

This pharmacy used to be great but has gone down hill lately. You have to call and ask them to actually fill the prescription the doctor sent over if you want it before 7 days out. And even then, they're probably going to tell you it'll be ready in 20 minutes after you've waited in line for an hour (not exaggerating.) The phone has been giving a busy signal lately for hours.We're gunna switch soon. This is getting to be the new normal and that's not ok.
