I have been going to H-E-B for years. They are the best. They go out of their way to make sure everything is done correctly. My prescriptions Are done correctly. And just about all the time the groceries I need are stocked. Thank you, Heb. And thank you all employees, especially the pharmacist and the pharmacist helpers.

Pharmacies tend to get lots of bad reviews because it’s complicated. Insurance issues, drug availability, and miscommunications between doctors and the pharmacy can cause delays. All those things are just part of the deal.
As pharmacies go - I think this is probably the best one in the area. Waits are usually short, they answer the phone, and the staff is friendly. This is something you will not get at Walgreens - not by a long shot.
HEB is the best there is.

They have been great each and every time I need to talk to them. I know they are busy so being put on hold is expected, I am no more important than any one else. I am so happy I transferred my prescriptions to H‑E‑B. I was a pharmacy technician for years, years ago, and know the workload they juggle, but they handle it beautifully.

Service at this store is great ... the few minor hiccups turned out to be the Dr. Office side. And, just noticed yesterday, i can go thru list of meds to inactivate old/invalidate as needed. The pharmacy staff is very pleasant, too.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. My Prescription is never ready and when it's called in it takes them 2 days to fill it . And when you call to take to someone they act like it's a problem to talk to you . Very very rude and I will be changing to a different pharmacy asap. HEB pharmacy you have went down hill and I'm very disappointed in yall. Guess you aren't the best store in Texas.
