HEB is like any store. They will pick your pocket given a chance. HEB tries to be the store that Kroger dreams about. People in my neighborhood go to Kroger because it is never crowded. HEB is always up for the seasons. They stock properly and have plenty of in store made items. HEB tries to make each and every visit a memorable one.

Bananas were over ripe, despite note. Avocado also over ripe. I had to throw all in the trash.

They are always kind and very professional! Once they did not have the meds that I needed asap because I had Covid. They offered to call other HEBs to find a pharmacy that had the medication available! They did find a location with the meds I needed and called me back with the location and passed along the prescription info. I drove to that HEB and picked it right up! I was so sick and I appreciated them doing that for me so very much!!♥️

I’ve called several times and I get hung up on every time. Is it that hard to do you job and answer the phone?

Forced me to drive back to get RX from the hospital, while I had Fentanyl from the ER in my system, because they didn't have the RX ready on time, wouldn't deliver, super rude. Putting patients at risk by refusing to deliver and forcing them to come pick up later when they don't have anyone to help them pick up at a later time is reckless and irresponsible.

Never have prescriptions ready when they should. Auto refill never works. I never get called when things are ready. Danette is the only redeeming thing about this pharmacy.

Don't get me wrong. I love H‑E‑B! I'm sure this is NOT their fault though I wanted to point something out I discovered yesterday about eggs. The rating here solely for the egg size/price issue. The x-large eggs and the large eggs look and feel to be the exact same size. Of course the x-large are more expensive. Up to you if you want to spend more money on the same size eggs as the less expensive ones.

The pharmacy is pathetic. They have messed up my prescriptions more than once. They don't handle refill orders timely and it often takes multiple phone calls to get them to refill a prescription. They schedule delivery for prescriptions, don't show up and blame the 3rd party delivery company. I have been left without my meds because they didn't fill a prescription that was ordered.

My fiancé just went to pick up her medications and was told it would take 20 mins which is understandable but after waiting ended up speaking to another person working there and they had no idea what prescription she was talking about. She ended up waiting an hour and was told that she had to come inside due to an issue with their system with only 5 mins until they closed. My fiancé has extreme anxiety and had not been able to get her medication in a few days. The whole thing was an absolute inconvenience and waste of her time.

Dropped Rx off told to come back 1 hr later. Came back 2 hrs later and meds not ready waited in line for 30 minutes thru 5 cars and get to window to be told meds aren't ready and go to line 2 to wait another 45 min. Come on HEB this is unacceptable.

Curbside pickup has routinely been a bad experience. I buy a lot of produce, and nearly every time I pick up an order, it contains rotten produce. This particular time I got a bag of rotten broccoli and two rotten onions. How are the shoppers paying so little attention that they miss that? They should be checking produce as if they were the one who was going to consume it. On top of that I ordered 3 ripe avocados and got hard green unripe ones that I won’t be able to use for the smoothies I was making tonight. What’s the point of paying for curbside if I have to waste my time, gas, and money to replace the rotten or unripe items? If you don’t have any unspoiled items of the produce that I’m ordering, just remove it from my order so that I’m at least not being charged for it.
