I hope tonight is not a sign of what is to come with HEB. No pay at the pump, rude fuel attendant, can't fill up vehicle, must prepay fuel....I have been buying fuel here for years and now this...I spent my 60.00 in fuel some place else tonight and will likely continue...

I had the worst cashier today, I wanted to buy a pack of cigarettes, but "Owen" the bad cashier told me that can't buy a pack.. I even showed him my I.D. I am 30 years old! So I had to go to customer service! What a p****** MAKES ME NEVER WANT TO SHOP AT H.E.B AGAIN!

I've shopped at this location for a long time and am disgusted with the ground beef i purchased there yesterday. Spent over 19.00 for roughly 4 lbs of 93% lean ground that had fresh red put around the outside of really dark meat on the inside. What a disgusting practice of deceiving the public into buying that garbage!

The deli area I spent nearly 45 minutes waiting for my 3 deli items to be processed. Meanwhile there are a total of 5 people hiding behind the corner there were two people tasking and one helping me who was new. The process of handling all customers was not effective or the tasks were made the priority not the customer. Don't go and expect to get out quickly.

So disappointed in trying to reach someone at this location. Waited on hold nearly 20 minutes and received zero assistance. I tried calling back and asking to speak with a manager. I left something at the store and attempted asking for details. No manager to speak with, the departments gone for the day...just disappointed that I didn't receive the same energy/spectacular customer service via telephone that I usually get there in person.

Ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday. When I went to pick up the cake they had spelled her name wrong. Mind you it was spelled correct on the order form. The fix was a gold ribbon over the name with the correct spelling. Unfortunately that turned out horrible. When talking to the staff in the bakery I asked why I was being charged full price for a cake they messed up which now looks like crap with the fix. Niles at the bay colony bakery location stated and I quote “it was an honest mistake and it’s just a cake”. Another member of the bakery staff ripped the ticket out of my hand and changed the price. I have never had issues with this location but wow the bakery staff needs to work on their customer service skills!!!!

Super rude employees!!! They have no manners. I went in today had less that 15 items and a cashiers (Callie) said oh!! I only take 15 items, I said I have less than 15 but I'll still move, so she replied I can't see around children. I had my child inside the shopping cart. So Callie!! don't asume I have more that 15 items if you don't know. If your lane is open just help a customer out even if they do have more that 15 items, be a team player.

H‑E‑B is my go-to grocer and 80% of the time it's delivery. So although I've had a couple of mishaps with that, this review has nothing to do with it since that is a 3rd party. As a tip if you want sushi delivered, they make it daily so it will not be available until after 10am. I wanted spicy tuna & didn't see it so I ordered the crawfish roll. It smelled & tasted fishy. Once I removed the crawfish, I really enjoyed it. It's a thumbs up for me but I'll prob not do the crawfish again.

.Let's begin with I walked in the store was having a beautiful experience just walking the aisles and getting the things that I needed then I noticed as I was coming to the front area to actually go to the produce section and then come back and you know to pay and walked past the gathering if you will one of the store managers and or it could be assistant manager not sure but his name was Dylan red-headed Ginger adult male middle 30s he had a look on his face look like he ate two bad cans of tuna and had the business end of a cattle prod zapping him sour so I walked up to him and I said hey this dip is really good cuz I purchased some in-store dip with a coupon I said it's really delicious not a smile not a nod of acknowledgement like as if I were speaking to air nothing so I just left it alone and walked over to the where you pay at the counter and I met up with two young gentlemen in the early twenties Hispanic males one named Pancho and the other one named reynaldo neither one of them was smiling not at all inviting just sour and I started to feel my own energy just not right they were both what I considered to be rude for customer service as well as the manager himself now I'm immediately thinking maybe this store has a problem with patriarch BS because all the women were smiling and inviting and and just as nice as could be needless to say I'll never shop at this son of a biscuit HEB again I don't go where people are rude and they're one and only job in life while they are working here is good customer service that's it I'm a good person I'm a nice person I'm civil but when they're ugly I'm going to match their energy so there you go my review on HEB and I'm supposing it is Webster League City right off of Gulf freeway. So I rethought the situation. I will continue to walk the store just buy a dollar item and keep engaging them until they break character of rude a** hats. I am retired and got nothing but sweet time on my hands. Challenge accepted!!

April 3, 2022 Drove from Galveston to pick up groceries for 2:30p-3p time. Arrived at 335p and every curbside spot was taken. Note to self:. Sunday is NOT the day to grocery shop. Period! Order came out at 3:44 GREAT JOB HEB BAY COLONY!! impressed They pull any employee available to assist with curbside.. excellent.

Stiffed the delivery driver on his tip I love the store but recently i ordered delivery and when i received my email receipt the tip was zero. HEB states on their web site that there is a minimum tip of $5 or 5% of the purchase, whichever is greater. This guy got ZERO I emailed customer support and they said the tip couldn't be changed. I spoke with one of the managers who said it was a Favor driver and its their fault. I pointed out that HEB charged me for the tip, not Favor. I tried a second call to another manager who didnt even know about the minimum tip policy. There is nothing at checkout that indicates what delivery service youll get. I think these people dont care at all about the delivery drivers In these tough times they seem like they couldn't care less that the guy didnt even get the stated minimum tip, let alone the 20% tip I wanted him to have. I tried Favor which gave me a number to call. The number didnt accept phone calls. I emailed Favor and got a reply that the area where this happened isn't in their region. I can't do business with companies who treat worlers with such callousness and incompetence no matter how good their food is.

It’s beautiful made and so nice to walk in. Everything was awesome. Better than Walmart’s! Little expensive but we bought the best Seafood that was delicious. Am going back! Thank you! It’s our first time at Your new HEB

I love H‑E‑B. Every business has its issues. H-E-B, can y'all please equip yourself employees that load groceries for pick up with the proper attire to do their job? It rains. People still need their groceries. Thanks

I just wanted to let you know the HEB Bay Colony in League City, TX They are ABOVE and beyond. Michelle that is the manager at curbside and the WHOLE team just shine and should be an example to ALL curbside the standard of customer service. I've been accommodated and pleasantly surprised by them. For many occasions they have surprised me and my family flowers and little fun treats for my kiddo. Just today for no reason except they give exceptional service they surprised me with flowers. They should be commended to the highest. We have ALWAYS had nothing but the best service here. Its truly next level.

I LOVE H-E-B!! They always have such a great selection of quality foods and beverages! The produce and meat departments looked exceptionally well stocked with quality items today. I bought a bag of cherries from the produce department and they were perfectly ripe and naturally sweet! Nature's candy!! Living in the DFW metroplex, I know lots of Mom's in my neighborhood wish we had a local H-E-B in our area.
