So far the move in experience has been good with the exception of 1 issue that was resolved within the same business day. I have been here about a week and have not seen any bugs which is wonderful. It’s a nice complex, well maintained, and has no weird smell or unpleasant neighbors.

This is a really nice property with amazing views and spectacular sunsets. It's a bit older than other properties in the area so it has a few issues, but everyone does their best to strive for excellence.

If going to rent here, be advised that the top floors in all units I guarantee has no insulation and they will not stay cool during the summers.
