The process for renting wasn’t too bad. It took me about 30 minutes and they gave me a decent car. No complaints there. The person that helped me seemed cool (I didn’t get her name) and made the process straightforward. However, when you first walk in, the atmosphere is uncomfortable because the space doesn’t really have decor to make you feel welcome and the other two staff members looked miserable and weren’t the most friendly when dealing with others. They all give the vibe they aren’t happy working there. I was fortunate to be helped by someone who seemed nice enough and helpful. Any potential charges were handled through insurance so I didn’t have any issues there. I would use Hertz again in the future but not this location because of the customer service just wasn’t great. I’m really surprised with the track record of this place, nothing has been done about it yet. What a shame!

Horrible place!! Destiny has the worst attitude and customer service. She literally yelled at me across the desk and cause a huge fight between my partner and I. She was so twice and nasty to the guy before me too.

I reserved a rental through Uber, Drove from Houston to pickup the rental and was greeted by one of the rudest people of all time.Star is the name she gave no name tag and rude as Hell.As soon as i tried to conduct the business, she claims, no cars available for Uber drivers.Go to my car contact Uber and they said that Herts has a car reserved for me. So i go back to speak to Ms Star and she stated that i can file a complaint or whatever, but we don’t have cars for Uber.Uber should discontinue business with Hertz. And so should you.Trust me do NOT go deal with these sick idiots

First come first serve! Get here before they open at 9. The line starts to form from 8:30-9. This is a uber location only. If you already have a vehicle and you need to extend or return, they will bump you to the front of the line and take care of you first. Expect to be here for a few hours if you are renting for the first time!!!

The person tiffany was extremely rude to me. I did nothing wrong to that lady. I was only trying yo figure out the extra charges i had and she wad soo rude.

Always a great place to rent my car for road trips or other needs. Never had an issue there. They are always prompt, helpful, and cars are clean.

Unprofessional ladies. Attitudes with customers, management arguing with the customers. They don’t speak or greet customers and then make in person customer wait while workers converse without acknowledging the customer. Overall very disappointing experience.

This company is a fraud ! Booked online thru a third party and when we got there they said the manager special was not available, the booking was done overnight and wasn’t in their system, that we were late for picking up the vehicle none of which were true. They insisted that we had to upgrade and we still ended up with a Malibu car. Please don’t get scammed by this car rental ! Will never use them again.

Terrible customer service. Trying to get out of my rental and find a less expensive option. They have no additional inventory and cannot help me locate through another Hertz location. Said I would have to call around on my own.

Tiffany the manager was as rude as the crew. First of they rent me a car covered in cat hair. Then they charged me for an extension when I had already dropped off. Further more I was told no cars were available when the lot was completely full. Tiffany didn’t even bother to look at the computer screen to find me another location. She said. “We don’t do that here. You have to look for your own rentals.” Now I have no rental. And charged for an an extension. Meaning TIFANNY didn’t do her job and did not notice I left the keys in the express drop off. Worse customer service. TIFANNY definitely profiles you as you walk in. She wouldn’t even give me the damn keys to the car I’m being charged. Hertz as a company ok. Tiffany should be fired.

11.Wow I never been treated so bad in life. Its monkey see monkey do. That white .Lady, the manager should not be working with the public, they employees follow her lead. Please tell me how Manger could so and disrespectful to a customer. Now i tried to prove Hertz had been paid, and I could prove it yet that Woman and staff refused to let me. She took the stupid dangerous route. Disrespecting me and then demanding that paid money pay money that I could was paid or return the car, so slammed the keys on counter and said take the damn car and I walked out. Oh the white followed behind calling the police on me. The police came spoke with me I proved Hertz had been paid. They went spoke with her. The police then came back and said We don't believe a word she saying , yet she says she does not want your business anymore. We belive you, can we drop you off at Enterprise rental cars. Now whats messed up . When I contacted Hertz Corporate , and told them what happened the lady said I'm puzzled. I'm. looking at your accountit shows payment made 10.31.2023 and posted 11.02. 2023 why could they not see it.The manager and the staff should called accounting, yet they choose the Monkey see monkey do route of being extremely rude and disrespectful. And tried to have me arrested for trying Hertz was paid. I hope they fire the who staff. I have no Uber rental car which means no income. This should have never happen!
