I’m a local business owner who was in need of some help and guidance for a work related project. I was fortunate enough to ask for help from Mr. Bill. and truly cannot thank this employee enough for his help, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond. He deserves a massive shoutout and thank you as he completely saved the day and helped me solved what seemed like an impossible problem. Thank you Mr. Bill!

All good. Easy parking and freeway access… I needed some lumber (2x6x8 TRT-YP) that was still bundled and stacked high on top of the rack. This worker named Johnathan was there with a few others and helped me get what I needed. But here’s the thing, while waiting the 10 minutes for the forklift, Johnathan was working his butt off helping, cleaning, restacking, & organizing the area while everyone else just stood around. Johnathan demonstrated everything you’d want in a worker. Kind, courteous, thoughtful, and very hard working. Like he owned the place… Most others were just hanging out watching him. Thank you for great service Johnathan. I hope Home Depot treats you as well as you treat the customers.

Just a warning if you place an order and the payment declines do not re-order it because they will try to charge your card again for that order at two in the morning and then refuse to cancel the order because it shipped before 8am that same morning.

I bought a washer and dryer about a month ago and I continue to have issues with these people! The first delivery the product was damaged! Second time, they stated installation was not included (mind you I payed and extra fee for the installation). Had to call Home Depot just to find out that the drivers had informed them I was missing a duct which I had the whole time but they didn’t even bother to ask or check. They had to reschedule AGAIN. Third time they rescheduled no one ever showed up! This is my fourth time waiting on these people to complete their job and still no word from them!

No one available to help load 80lb concrete bags on a Saturday at 3pm.. went across the street. Lowe’s had me loaded up and back to work within 15 minutes and they were even veterans.

I had a great experience here. Best Home Depot I’ve ever been to. The greeters were friendly and helpful. They immediately greeted us and guided us to the right aisle. We were struggling with getting the right water heater and Nate came over and helped us find the right one and even pulled it down for us. If you need help, this staff is very knowledgeable and more than happy to help you with your project.
