Ted is the most helpful guy in there I told him my problem and he helped in every way he could. He made sure everything was taken care of and that we were on the same page the whole process. Another great guy there is Callen Westfall he sold me my first car and made the process very smooth and easy.

Made an appointment for the service department and when I got there, they told me they do not take appointments. They did not have a service manager available to speak with. I went to speak to a sales manager since no other manager was available and he was completely unhelpful. I have had other difficulties with the service department over the last few years and I keep telling myself I will not be coming back, but for sure, now, I will not be coming back anymore. They told me it was not their problem. Also, the service manager never called me to discuss this situation. Go to Big Star Honda. It is much better!

The car they sold me kept shutting off while I was driving. They kept if for a week, not getting me a loaner car of any kind and then stated they couldn't find any issues. When I insisted they find the issue because my life was in danger while driving, they let the Nissan dealer down the road take a look for two days. During this entire time, no one ever called or updated me on the status. I had to call and do all leg work. They got me a loaner car for one day and then miraculously got my car back from Nissan. Still undiagnosed, I refused to drive off the lot with a liability. I made an appointment with the top sales manager and when I showed up, someone told me he wasn't going to make the appointment. No call or anything to let me know. Just showed up to be blatantly disrespected. They offered a Honda at the same price (double what it was worth brand new in 2016, $23k) I had already missed so much work due to my new car not working, I had no choice but to buy the Honda) a few months ago Nissan came out with a recall on that Rogue for the car shutting off for no reason. So Honda making it seem like I was making up the problem, yet there is the proof. They are on top of their service when trying to sell a vehicle, but after that, the business is complete garbage, all the way up through management. Just complete trash! 0/10 don't recommend. I would walk everywhere barefoot before I gave them business again.

I am giving Honda not the dealership or the employees at Honda of Clear Lake a two. Again HONDA has a bad policy for loaners or rentals. I had my 2022 Honda Pilot Touring, with only 5700 miles on it, towed to the dealership because of transmission issues. It turns out that the transmission has to be replaced and Honda won't pay for a rental or a loaner. I was told that if I want a rental I have to pay out of my pocket. I have a child with disabilities that needs to make appointments and now I have to take time off of work because my wife doesn't have a vehicle. I can't afford a rental on my military pay check. I think Honda should make an exception for anyone in my situation since it is no fault of mine that the transmission is bad and needs to be replaced. Again this complaint is not against the employees because they are following policy, this complaint is against HONDA.

Very shady auto/parts department, I never write reviews but I feel like I had to on this issue. We bought a starter here at this location, a genuine OEM part, supposedly 'New'. The starter started to give us problems and it has been maybe 2 months since the install. We thought it was maybe a faulty part so we called back to see if we could get a replacement since warranty was for 1-year and it's been only 2 months since purchase. Representative states the warranty is voided, they can't do anything about it and that we have to buy another new part at full price. W.T.F. Skip this place or get a Toyota.

They took my car in for a simple fix and they had to order the parts. They conveyed this to my wife, and failed to mention that they were going to book it for the weekend and hold my car hostage. At this point the service advisor said that because the tech and advisor left for the weekend, I have to do without a car until Monday. DO NOT GO HERE.

Nothing but crooks here. If you trade in a car here, they give you nothing for it and you end up paying full price for the car you're buying- even though you traded in a car. I hope these people burn in hell.

Their Internet sales department will reel you in by sending you a sales price, but when you get to the dealership they add on thousands in ridiculous dealer fees on top of tax title and license. Just bait and switch tactics, don't waste your time/gas driving down to Clear Lake Honda.
