Arrived for appointment and nobody was at the desk. Called main number and was informed they had staff shortages and I would have to wait until the following Monday. I told them I could not make that time so they finally sent someone to the site. I had to wait 45 minutes for them to arrive. After completing the taxes the printer was out of ink so I had to wait for another half hour until someone arrived to fix it. So it took almost 4 hours to complete what should have been around an hour. On top of that they offered no discount for the inconvenience. Not real happy about the entire experience.
