Keen Transport

Hours: Keen Transport is a well-organized business that provides efficient loading and shipping services. Truck drivers often have a smooth experience, arriving at appointments and passing through without waiting in line. Equipment is brought in quickly, with loading, fixing, and inspection typically taking less than two hours. The staff, including gate guards and yard workers, are respectful, helpful, and friendly, making the process pleasant for drivers. Customers appreciate that the yard is well-maintained and the staff's positive attitude. Although waiting times for the washout process can be long—about an hour—customers find the service generally satisfactory. The yard staff are also honest and kind; one reviewer shared how a worker found and returned a lost wallet, refusing a reward and suggesting donations to charity. Overall, Keen Transport is seen as a great place to be loaded, with helpful personnel and good organization, making it a reliable choice for drivers and customers alike.
