The staff make this location exceptional. I actually live very much closer to another location but still shop here! I have lived in league city long enough that the other two nearby locations on 96 didn't exist years ago. This is my favorite. The staff are why I return. I don't experience the same friendliness at the other locations. I will forever shop here!

We only shop here when necessary but not anymore. The other night on my way home I would have had to drive past this grocery store and my house to get to a preferred store so I stopped in for a couple things. I let my guard down and made it home with expired items. I’m not talking a couple days I’m talking over a MONTH! If the smell isn’t enough to deter you from shopping here, then check everything. Check the dates on products, smell the meat, give the produce a twice over. Or better yet - just DON’T SHOP HERE. You’ll only end up bringing home expired food to your family.

I want to give big shout out to Barbara In customer service. I left my wallet in the cart and left. I realized what I did about 10 later. I called the store and Barbara looked for it and found it. There are still good people in the world we live.

I hate going to this place. It's just right down the street within walking distance but I will go to H-E-B. It's gross everytime I've had incidents.I had and I express HAD to go.

If I could do a one percent of a star I would. I placed a delivery order. The items were replaced without authorization and one the items were expired by months and two and most importantly im deadly allergic to the ingredients, call Kroger and they said oh sorry it was by a 3rd party we can’t help you. Then they said call the Egret bay . Then I called the store manager at 250 S Egret Bay and I was bounce four people manager was rude and said sorry we can’t help and hang up on me. The store would not take the items at their store either cause it was delivery. You see delivery or not it came from your store that you represent (Kroger) and you should be able to refund the customer specially when I have a receipt. And specially when I’m deadly to what was delivered to me and in top is expired by months .

Placed an online order for $350 (have 4 kids) with the Kroger App for delivery. We are Kroger + loyalty members. For some reason the driver filled the order at this location. Next thing we know we were notified it was delivered and charged, yet never received our groceries. Called Kroger customer support and they said it would be 7-10 days to investigate. Then I called the store manager at 250 S Egret Bay and he was completely unempathetic. He could have used his power as the store manager to correct the wrong and promote Kroger as caring about their customers. Instead he blamed Kroger's 3rd part delivery service and refused to do a thing. I placed a BBB complaint against Kroger. I will also be escalating this to a legal matter with Kroger if not resolved.

It's ridiculous how they have this huge store and like 3 employees working. Everything self checkout. We had a cart full of groceries and they had no cashiers. We had to do it ourselves. I will just go to heb from now on. At least at heb they have employees there working

We ordered a cake from Krogers bakery, and it was simply GORGEOUS!!!!! We cannot thank the bakery team and all of the wonderful team at Kroger for their above and beyond service and the pride they take in all they do. Thank you so much!!!

Marvel and Alex should be fired for not willing to help customer, saying that they too busy. I was overcharged and point for it. I ask Marvel how would you help me. He said He doesn't want help me at all at this point as he is very busy and I am too aggressive. He said that Alex can help, but Alex is the one who overcharged me in the first place. After waiting 20 minutes, regular cashier ask me to go back to the store, make picture of prices as his price list shows higher tag. I did. Then he re-ran my groceries and return 12$ to me. He apologized. No Alex or Marvel sorry for overcharging me. I can imagine how much Kroger make extra money for advertising SALE but charging full price anyway. I am expecting that someone will contact me and explain what is going on with our main store in neighborhood.
