From the time we called the main number and then went to the storage facility. Everyone was so nice and took care of everything quickly and easily. We had no problems whatsoever. I would highly recommend this storage facility company to anyone. Extra Space Stoage is awesome!!

Everything was wonderful the staff was very very nice and everything was clean and cooled the rent just kept going up so I couldn't afford it anymore just. The only reason I'm 4 stars. I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for that and I understand that it's not their fault inflation sucks.

As an avid user of storage facilities I am quite pleased with this location. The staff Kimberly and Jennifer are always so pleasant and helpful. In addition, the property is clean and tidy which is an important factor when I choose a facility. Thank you!

We rented a 10 x 10 storage unit today from Kim at Extra Space Storage in League City. She was amazing, talking us through what we needed (and no more), and showing us the facility and the specific unit that we decided to rent. The property was clean, organized, and well maintained. We have complete confidence in the facility, and in Kim. We could have rented on line, sight unseen, but we feel so much more informed and secure since we worked directly with Kim.

Kimberly was awesome assisting us with our lost lock key issue. She went over and beyond with her sweet disposition and help. Any customer service company would be proud to have her as their employee. Great customer service is hard to find.Thank you KimberlyJennifer is a pleasure also. Always helpful and lots of knowledge. She goes out of her way to please the customer also.

Making my online reservation was super easy. I called the property to talk to someone at the facility about some questions I had Jennifer took her time to answer them all and make sure I was comfortable with my decision.I would highly recommend this location!
