Craftsman product is absolutely thrash. Tool box lasted 60 days. Lowes refuses to exchange unit. Will never buy another craftsman product.

I just came from Lowe's close to me. I left without getting what I needed. I needed something to cut stirs in wood and to stain the wood. I was helped in finding just the "color" stain but never did he give me the actual stain. I went bk and could "not find" any stain that shade or color?! If it was Lowe's in the same area, I would have had everything I needed and placed into my cart. This is my very last time giving Lowes my business. So very disappointing. So close but the final result was zero since I never found the stain!!! A terrible feeling this left me. -(an hour later)... I just came from Walmart to see if they had one of the items I was looking for and they didn't. BUT they had the stain color i needed, the clear gloss, and the paint brushes. Thank God! I am sure for a much lower price too than what Lowe's had to offer "if" I could find the products!!!!if they had the curtesy to find the items for me, this would have been a happy and not frustrated experience for me. Lowe's is all talk and no product finding option "in my cart" that would have saved me the extra time going to Walmart! I am still upset but I am sure now that I will not go to that Lowe's again unless I forget?!

We usually don't shop here but our experience in this location has been okay. The job gets done if my husband I need to buy something. We just had an issue getting our dryer delivered because the person delivering it which we think was a third party contractor picked up a washer instead of the dryer. I did talk to the manager and they tracked what was going on by looking at the camera footages. It eventually got resolved after a week and we were just glad that we got our washer and dryer even after it was delayed. Overall, I am grateful that their staff were very helpful but docking 1 star because this store may need better third party delivery contractors.

This is about the people who come to install your purchase. The 1st time was told "we just deliver" total lie they were supposed to get the install done . Almost ran me over when I tried to find out who to call.2nd time they did not speak English and called me a "puta". refused to even hook up the power to my dryer. Would not take away the old dryer as they were contracted to.My advice is to have your own people do your install.J and D are the worst I can't understand how Lowe's could use such a low quality subcontractor!!!Because of my experience I will never shop at Lowe's again.Home Depot will be my first choice 2nd choice will be anybody other than Lowe's!!!!!UpdateCalled them when they didn't call me 25 minutes on hold finally got the manager on duty " let me put you on hold for a few minutes while I investigate"Famous last words so after the 25 minute wait to get to him 24 minutes later I said to hell with it and hung up. Surprise surprise. No return phone call when they verified my phone number before he put me on hold. Wow! Non-existing customer service subcontractors are subpar so after paying for them to install it, deliver it and haul away my old. I have ended up going to thumbtack and getting it done 1 hour after I got on there. I have an appointment for 8:00 a.m. tomorrow morning Lowe's sucks and so does their install department.

Anyone can help you if there are no issues with a sales. The real professionals in retail sales are the ones that can quickly fix a problem when one arises instead of floundering or making excuses. They track your issue to a satisfactory closure keeping the customer completely informed along the way. I'm thrilled I had this experience, even though some of the issues were my fault. I would shop again with Lowe's appliance department in League City even though it's not close to my home!I took advantage of the end of year holiday sales and bought a full set of much needed major kitchen appliances plus a stacking washer and dryer from another Lowe's. The League City store called to say they were handling the shipping to my home near the downtown Houston since they had most of the items in stock. I took advantage of the free shipping offered by Lowe's and had the items delivered 40 miles away. Unfortunately, supply chain issues and the holiday sales period caused several items to be out of stock at the time of the planned delivery. I was allowed to upgrade both the washer and dryer to a better model of LG washer without additional charges ($200 savings) since the initial washer I chose would not be available for a few weeks! The upgraded washer and dryer were delivered Christmas Eve to find out I ordered a gas dryer when I needed an electric dryer in my new home! Several Lowes employees in both the delivery department, the distribution warehouse and the League City Lowes appliance (Brett, Sandra, Gabby) helped me to get a replacement dryer. Brett was extremely helpful to ensure the refrigerator, range and replacement dryer were delivered early in the day on Dec. 26th! They even allowed me to get the floor demo model of the fridge I wanted that was out of stock. The floor model was in pristine condition, fully warranted and much sought after! So, I gladly took it!

I ordered a shed in February. I was told it would 6-8 weeks before it could be built. After that time period came and went, I called to see what was going on. They claimed it was a city issue. I waited a little longer. Finally frustrated, I called Lowe's to cancel my order. After months of hearing nothing but lies from them, they told me I had 2 choices. Either go ahead with shed or if they gave me money back, they would charge a 20% re- stock fee. For something that I never received. I have talked to their corporate complaint line to no avail. An assistant territory manager called and told me that getting my money back would be no problem. When the manager from the store called me, she more or less called me a liar. That's when things got heated. I finally hung up. I didn't want to have to sue them, but they have me backed into a corner.

I was shopping for about 30 minutes before a "store closing" announcement came on... I went to check out and didn't see anyone... I asked an employee where I could check out and they told me "customer service" I walked 4 feet over to the customer service and no one was available... I looked around a little confused and noticed two employees standing at the exit doors staring at us waiting for us to leave... the store hadn't been closed for 5 -10 minutes and the employees where giving the most subtle unnecessary attitude of an ahole... love our generation... good job guys... I bet y'all can get all stores across America down to 1 star rating :)

I am a Pro Member. I thought I made that clear to the gentleman answering the phone at the Pro Desk, who told me when he answered that I was calling a "private line" (I called the main Lowes store telephone number) and he was at lunch. He was trying to log into the computer and while he was doing that he kept telling me how great the Pro desk was and that he could not take a phone number if I did not have a Lowes card. I told him I was using a regular credit card and he said I couldn't do that because I was not a Pro Member. I said I was a Pro Member. He asked me what color my Pro card was. I told him I normally gave my telephone number and they looked me up. Long story short - I ended up at Home Depot.

I ordered a dishwasher 2.5 weeks ago. I called last week asking if they received it, they said it arrived and waiting on the installer. They said there was a note from installer that he called several times and emailed me. No proof, no missed calls, no emails, checked junk folder, none. Asked my hubby, no calls or emails as well. Lowe's says there is nothing they can do which I call bullshit. They have one unhappy customer. They could get new installers. They could attempt to call the installer and ask why the hold up. I will be canceling my order and I'll be shopping at the competition for now on!
