had an absolutely unacceptable experience at Lowe's League City. I purchased 60 bags of concrete, and instead of handling them with care, the employees threw them into my car like they were trash. They tore one of my bags with the pallet and spilled all over my vehicle where my grandchildren were making them coughing because of all the dust they inhaled, which could ended up badly if we did not open the doors. There was zero regard for my property or any basic customer service. No apology, no assistance, nothing but carelessness. They even yelled at me and my husband that I should not drive a suv. Their behavior was very aggressive and stated that there was no upper management. I feared for my safety and had to call the police. On top of that, the car is brand new and has scratches from pebbles all over my rear bumper now. I am stuck here cleaning the mess and polishing scratches that should have not happened. If you are expecting even a minimum level of professionalism or respect for your belongings, shop elsewhere. This store clearly doesn't train its staff properly or they might even not be trained at all. They do not care about anything. I would put zero stars but it is not allowed. That is why I am giving 1 star. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t try to call this location on the phone, the automated system wants an item number and if you do through some miracle get passed that where they will connect you to a “sales associate” it rings 10 times and automatically disconnects the call. It’s easier for you to get in your car and randomly try to find someone in a Lowe’s vest, only to tell you they don’t work there or they are on break. Why is it so hard to get help at Lowe’s League City, not that the Webster location is any better. Pasadena just drive there. It’s about 45 minutes from my house but the people who work there seem to like there jobs.

First off the lady at the painting station looked at me multiple times and just kept talking about buckets. Not only that why is everything in Lowe’s double the price of Home Depot? I paid $15 for a gallon of paint at Home Depot and it’s twice at Lowe’s. I will keep sticking to Home Depot. The price I paid for 2 gallons I could have gotten a 5 gallon at Home Depot.

It's hard to get anyone to help with just some simple questions? All I can say is do your research and look for the items.

Friendly staff they help me find everything that we needed which was a little complicated. We didn't have to search the map they saw we were looking and came to help us. If we had had to do it by herself it would have taken hours with the staffs help it took just a few minutes. Thank you

Had to buy a small set of metric wrenches for work. Was able to find what I needed though not a single employee said a word to me until I went to check out.
