Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, asked to speak to the manager on duty Raymond and had an even worse experience. Customer service is not the same it’s almost shopping with the computers you get better customer service from the bots.

I was fortunate enough to catch Niko the Kitty Sales Associate on a break who recommended this firewood. He said it was ideal for taking mid-day naps on but would also probably be good for my fire pit and boy was he right.

Our visit to the Lowes store for a simple board purchase and cutting service turned out to be a fantastic experience. Despite a brief 20-minute wait for assistance, the exceptional service we received made it well worth our while. Caleb and James, the staff who assisted us, exemplified professionalism, patience, courtesy, and efficiency in fulfilling our requests.Their dedication to providing top-notch customer service left us thoroughly pleased with the end results. We highly recommend this establishment to others in search of outstanding assistance and a hassle-free shopping experience. Lowes has earned a solid five-star rating in our books, and we'll certainly be returning for our future home improvement needs.

Craftsman product is absolutely thrash. Tool box lasted 60 days. Lowes refuses to exchange unit. Will never buy another craftsman product.

Today (10/5) I went to lowes to get blinds and a wall repair/sparkling kit. I had gone to home depot the day before for the same thing and left very frustrated with the treatment from their staff there, almost in tears. There was two women at your store working in the paint department who helped me to find out what blinds matched what I brought in/cut to the size I needed- I cannot explain how relieved I was with their helpfulness and care. When they finished and I left to try and find my other item (and having no idea where it was), two other employees saw me not 30 seconds later and asked if I needed help and showed me exactly where to find it. The care continued even to self check out with someone else asking if I needed any assistance. I left feeling so impressed and happy, definitely a loyal lowes customer now; excellent customer service and overall kindness. Thank you!!

Horrible customer service, called the customer service counter asking about to the warranty process for water heater since the manufacturer gave me a RA number to exchange it, they said they don’t know and that Lowe’s only has a 30 day return policy. Water 20 minutes in just holding for someone to answer.

Jon in the appliance department was very helpful and knowledgeable about freezer that I am going to buy as soon as they are in stock. Only had one on the floor.

I just came from Lowe's close to me. I left without getting what I needed. I needed something to cut stirs in wood and to stain the wood. I was helped in finding just the "color" stain but never did he give me the actual stain. I went bk and could "not find" any stain that shade or color?! If it was Lowe's in the same area, I would have had everything I needed and placed into my cart. This is my very last time giving Lowes my business. So very disappointing. So close but the final result was zero since I never found the stain!!! A terrible feeling this left me. -(an hour later)... I just came from Walmart to see if they had one of the items I was looking for and they didn't. BUT they had the stain color i needed, the clear gloss, and the paint brushes. Thank God! I am sure for a much lower price too than what Lowe's had to offer "if" I could find the products!!!! if they had the curtesy to find the items for me, this would have been a happy and not frustrated experience for me. Lowe's is all talk and no product finding option "in my cart" that would have saved me the extra time going to Walmart! I am still upset but I am sure now that I will not go to that Lowe's again unless I forget?!

I wish the employees here were more helpful. When asking where something is located, they should actually listen so they can better help you. I'm not sure what the smell of BO is where you exit, but it's awful! This has been like this for a very long time. It almost takes your breath away when leaving.

This was by far the worst experience i've ever had with lowe's. Flooring installation was horrible. Third party installers are very good. Lowe’s could not even insure all materials were delivered resulting in numerous delays! Never again, complete incompetence.

We usually don't shop here but our experience in this location has been okay. The job gets done if my husband I need to buy something. We just had an issue getting our dryer delivered because the person delivering it which we think was a third party contractor picked up a washer instead of the dryer. I did talk to the manager and they tracked what was going on by looking at the camera footages. It eventually got resolved after a week and we were just glad that we got our washer and dryer even after it was delayed. Overall, I am grateful that their staff were very helpful but docking 1 star because this store may need better third party delivery contractors.
