The lounge has nice furniture and comfortable chairs, with lots of TVs, creating a feeling like your own living room or a home away from home. There is also a 24 hour members lounge, and it is a BYOB establishment. The staff is super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They provide awesome customer service, making everyone feel invited and at home. The place is very clean. It is highly recommended as one of the best cigar lounges in the area.
