If I could give 0 stars I would. I am appalled by the way they treat their patients. I cannot believe we are in 2024 and we are still forcing people to wear masks. I have cancer it is my choice whether I want to wear one. If I have a cold or a fever I would wear one but this is ridiculous and not even based on anything that can be medically proven. And when pressed about their policy no one can site the why. I'm so sick of this sheep mentality. Just blindly follow without any evidence.

I’m pretty happy with the care my wife got at MDA LC.The waits are pretty long, I’m guessing to begin udder staff, or scheduling issues.But I am deeply disappointed that they didn’t let her “Ring the Bell” when she finished her Chemotherapy. She had really been looking forward to it. Shame on you. Cancer is hard enough, things like this help keep spirits up.

Spent the entire day at MD Anderson Cancer center in League City. Had 6 appointments and each and everyone was easy, they accepted me early from one department to the next. Great people

Had a mammogram done there and was treated like a queen! Another facility was insisting on doing ultrasounds and biopsies and things that I was sure I did not need, MD Anderson listened to me and repeated the mammogram first and agreed that there was nothing out of the ordinary and I did not require all those other exams.

I am strictly posting this review regarding the imaging area and more specifically for mammograms. This is the second trip in a row that I have left and had to reschedule. Expecting people to sit in a waiting room for over 1 1/2 to 2 hours is absolutely ridiculous. The total disregard for patient's time is sad. Will likely go elsewhere from here on out.

I'm sure the care here is great. But what a noisy waiting area. First, there was an employee eating lunch (in the waiting area) that sounded like a rock crusher when chewing and "slopping" her mouth. I'm serious. Second, conference room A had 2 loud mouthed black women carrying on and hollering. Waiting areas are supposed to be QUIET!Great place for care, but like everywhere nowadays, a few disrespectful employees.

I have been going since 2019 and I can say that I am very grateful to the staff at this place, they have always been friendly. Thank you for being so professional in what you do. The facilities are nice, modern and don't make me feel like I'm in a hospital

Pretty upset! I called them on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at 9:57 a.m. to schedule an appointment for a dressing change. I asked if they had anything on Wednesday and the lady on the phone said their next available appointment was 9:30 on Friday, January 14, 2022. I told her that would be perfect. I noticed that my appointment was gone on my, my chart so I got up this morning and called. This lady on the phone told me that they had me scheduled down for 9:30 a.m. for Tuesday. The same day I called at 9:57 a.m. how is that possible.. I called at 9:57 and you schedule me at 9:30. So now they have no more availability today and they told me I could go down to the main center in Houston even though it was their mistake. Mind you their building is 5 minutes from my house. The Houston building is 40 minutes from my house. Work better on scheduling!!!

Great staff and physicians. Friendly nurses puts put their patients at ease with kindness and compassion. They make sure you are comfortable which makes your appointments so much easier.
