Called talked to(April) a salesperson and was told that the Car was in pristine condition. Drove over 6 hours to get there.. Got there and the first thing I see is the car has been hit in the front and both doors on the passenger side looked like someone had hit them with shopping carts. But was Assured that the Carfax didn't Show any Accidents. That's Because it Probably Wasn't Claimed on Any Insurance Claim. Very Disappointed With The Whole Thing. Not to Mention The Money and Time Spent For Nothing. Not How I Wanted To Spend My BIRTHDAY ???????

This is our go-to place for service on our fleet. I'm really impressed by how quick they get our vehicles in to diagnose the problems and the turnaround that they return them to us. Scott is our service guy and he's great. I think he knows our vehicles better than any of us. I've never had to return after they've done repairs because they misdiagnosed the problem or didn't fix the issue. The staff are top notch and I've never had to wait to get service. The bays are always ready to receive and they've even gotten me rides home when I didn't have anyone to pick me up. The waiting area is clean and they have refreshments available just in case I need a pick me up. The inside is comfortable clean and the staff is readily available to help and answer any questions. Every now and then I do like to check out their newer vehicles to see what's out there and they have some impressive machines. This is such a great place to have available and so much better than our last service department. It's conveniently located off of I-45 on the south side of town and on our way to Galveston. Top notch facility with impeccable service.

I live in Sugarland so Clear Lake is not the closest service center to me - not even the 2nd closest. However my last interaction with the MB of Sugarland wasn't so positive. Maybe because I drive a Sprinter and they think I am not worthy of the same level of attention as someone who drives an AMG? Anyway, I tried Clear Lake as they actively advertise that they service Sprinters and welcome them. So I took my van for its first A service, tire rotation and a state inspection. Scott Williamson was my service advisor and he was excellent. My van was done within a couple of hours and I was on my way.Yes, Clear Lake is out of my way but I intend to continue to use them for anything needed with my Sprinter.

I love this particular location and the employees I've interacted with from day one!! From when I first made contact with my sales rep BJ to purchase my SUV to the finance person & the service personnel dept such as Andrea, Jeremy & how can I not mention Ruby! They are all fantastic and go above and beyond to take care of any need you may have & they make you feel special and proud to have picked no other dealership to have purchased from & be part of! ? Very professional yet understanding of your needs!When I tell you this place is 5 stars, I am absolutely speaking from experience as I've had nothing but the best experience. ?♥️

Every time I take my Mercedes in I get a great video message from the service tech but when it's time to call or schedule for pick up they just won't. It took 2 days to do a recall which I received a video that it was green lighted and done and yet 2 weeks later still no call to come pick it up.

We purchased a 2016 Porsche cayenne in November from them . When we went on the test drive I advised the salesman that it smelled like oil or that oil was was burning on the exhaust . Not even two weeks later the oil filter housing started pouring oil . The oil filter housing was loose /crackAlso noticed the brake pad wear sensors weren’t replaced when they did the brakes . All they did was cut the wires and taped them with electrical tape.Also we have a Lug/stud nut missing on each wheel . Idk how that passes the state inspection hopefully the dps officer doesnt come and audit them . (I’m a state inspector also .)I got no problem fixing them cuz I’m also an automotive technician . But I’m just leaving this right here so future costumers who purchase a use car can get the vehicle double checked by someone else.

I've needed a trim replacement on my E-350 and Luis Trevino was my service advisor and I cannot say enough good words for this experience! Luis took care of the car as it was his own! Very friendly and professional environment. My technician Luis is very good at communicating and keeping me informed along the way on what's going on with my vehicle. The facility is well-designed and state of the art and pleasant to sit and wait for the completion of my vehicle. This dealership was great! Yes, the aesthetic was there in regards to being renovated, but the exceptional customer service made it stand out to me. Emily was my representative. The day prior I went to another Mercedes dealership and did not have a good experience. They did greedy business and it made me very uncomfortable. Mercedes-Benz of Clear Lake definitely made up for that experience!!!

We bought a Sprinter to install a wheelchair lift and use as an accessible vehicle. Sales experience was good. At time of purchase, I asked about tax exemption as Texas doesn’t require vehicles modified for use with a wheelchair to be taxed. I was told they didn’t know about that and to contact the comptroller’s office. The comptroller said that the dealership is responsible for reimbursing the tax we paid since the vehicle is financed, or at the very least we had to send a request form to the comptroller’s office (requiring dealership signature). We haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone from the dealership since we drove off the lot. We’ve reached out through several different methods and we’ve been ghosted. Seems like google reviews get attention so hoping this will get someone to contact us.
