Miguel was awesome!! He was very knowledgeable, personable, and got me all hooked up on my new iPhone. Kayla the store manager was great too.
I hate a bad experience with the metro off Southmore, so I called this location because of the ratings. The person who answered the phone was honest (unlike the other location) and saved me like $200 dollars. BEST METRO - great vibes and great people. Thank you all! Proud to say I’m a valued customer.

I was out of town, paid my sons phone bill. The manager was training a young lady . She told me she had to change the billing cycle, it was 08-11-2025 at 1:57 pm. His phone was turned off today. I talked to a location in Fort Worth and they said the store in League City did not do it correctly. I called the League City store and the so called manager said oh it was the customers responsibility to call and change the billing cycle and it would be a 25 dollar charge. None of that was told to me!! I cannot stand incompetent mess like this!!
