Way, way over priced on service and repair costs .Went in for a convertible repair and before they started looking at the problem, they were trying to sell me tires, oil change, spark plugs. The on board diagnostic wasn't showing any issues with the aforementioned.I found another shop that performed Mt repairs for $1000 less.I won't be back.

This review is way overdue. I bought a BMW X7 from Joe. The whole buying experience was very customer focused. He addressed my concerns with the car to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Hassle free and respectful of me as a woman buyer. Then again, I am a tough customer and negotiate for a living. Finance was great also. Very straight forward with no up selling and found me the best rate.I've had my car for a few months and love it

Once again Harry is a stand up guy who went above and beyond. My previous visit his partner, Omar, helped me and he too goes above and beyond. Both of these gentlemen treat you with the utmost respect and will take care of your vehicle and make sure you need to be if needed. I will buy a car in next couple years from this dealership just because of these 2 guys.

Chip did a great job helping me with getting my brake pads and spark plugs replaced- he even went as far as to notify me that my windows’ tint could be fixed under warranty. Thank you Chip and the Mini of Clear Lake Service team!

I bought a lemon of a car from Carvana, but I was smart enough to get the extended warranty.I absolutely love BMW Clearlake & Harry. They took care of me. Made sure no matter what I had a car. They fixed so many issues from the engine to emission to sensors to timing belt assembly. My next car I buy will be from that dealership. Amazing people!!

It was very unfortunate that my countryman had get some repairs due to water spillage but our service advisor Cheryl went above and beyond to help me each step of the process.Took almost a week to get it fixed but they kept great communication and also got the 20th anniversary edition Cooper S as a loaner which was amazing!Cheryl was very helpful and can’t recommend her enough. Will be asking for her next time I have to get my car serviced again (hopefully only for maintenance next time ?)!

I took my car in to have engine issues fixed in January, and when I picked it up in February, I could smell smoke as I drove home. Days later, the alternator failed. I had it towed back because I wanted answers. They sent me a $2,300 bill. I asked to speak to the Service Manager, Fidel Garza, who was in no rush to speak with me. When he did call me back days later, he had no answers for the alternator or why I had an extra 68 miles on my odometer. They claim it was for a test drive, but the invoice only listed 20 miles or so for a test drive. The Service Manager also claimed he never smelled smoke and that it was impossible because there was no “thermal disruption,” and that’s despite his own technician creating a video stating that he was able to recreate the smell of smoke. The Service Manager claimed that since the faults appeared for the alternator while I had the car, they would be willing to offer me 50% off labor. I quickly pointed out that the invoice also said that they deleted my fault history, which would cause the faults to be recorded with a new mileage. After waiting weeks to speak to the General Manager, Randy Stine, they agreed to replace the alternator and battery with no labor charged. I was not happy, but I agreed.Weeks later, I received a call from the Service Manager claiming that they replaced the parts, but the check engine light appeared. He told me they replace a part without my authorization but the fault never cleared. Then I received another $2,300 bill to replace my entire turbocharger. By this point, I was beyond certain that this was sabotage.I asked for the fault list and was sent operations reports that had fault lists included. These reports did not detect any faults for my alternator back when I initially dropped the vehicle off in January. So either the alternator failed out of the blue or they broke it while repairing the timing issues for the engine. It also didn’t detail any 68 mile test drive. The worst part, is that whoever was driving around Houston in my car HAD to have smelled the smoke before returning the vehicle to the shop for pickup.Never in my life have I been so close to suing a business for deceptive trade practices. I was a customer there for almost 10 years and I feel betrayed. And don’t bother contacting me. I called your corporate office a long time ago to let them know how awful your service department is now. It took me almost 3 months and $4,000+ to get my car back and I would rather eat nails than take my car back there. You ran my gas out for your “test drives” and handed it back to me near empty. The final straw was seeing my dash camera sitting in the cup holder because someone destroyed the suction cup trying to take it down to avoid being recorded. You all are absolute clowns.God sees you. I hope you go out of business for stealing from me.GOODBYE FOREVER.

In March of 2023, my family of 4 drove 9 hours from Mississippi to Houston to purchase a used vehicle for my wife. She found a Ford Expedition she liked at Mini Cooper of ClearLake. The SUV had just been traded in, it needed to be detailed and inspected before it could be released. The dealership and salesman, Andrew Guerrero, ensured everything was to standard and had passed inspection. After driving back to Mississippi, come to find out that 3 out of the 4 tires were dry rotted. We woke up to a flat tire the next morning on our new vehicle. We contacted the salesman that said, they would make this right and cover the cost of the tires that needed replaced. We sent him pictures of all the tires and receipts of getting all tires replaced. We were then contacted by the salesman stating the manager would not approve the reimbursement at all. I have tried calling and no one will return my phone calls. Luckily, my family and I made it home without getting into an accident from a blowout. This is just another example of car salesman taking advantage of a woman purchasing a vehicle. Do not buy a vehicle from Mini of Clear Lake.

Joey Lane from clear lake was a wonderful service advisor. He helped me with my mini Cooper and couldn’t of asked for a better experience. Would recommend if you’re in town for servicing.
