I usually go to broadway and for a good reason. I was 5 min late.. 2 people were in front of me checking in. The nurse never came out but canceled my apt immediately saying i was 11 min late…. Nurse practitioner is awesome and tried to accommodate me after sitting on the phone to call customer service to complain about Erica the lvn there. Ebony is awesome and i did not let her accommodate me at 1:20 when they were about to close for lunch. I will def not be going back.. they canceled me at 1248 when my apt was at 1240… never ever coming here again.

I have strong insurance and get all my prescriptions from cvs but when I got there to get a strep throat test, I was told they could not verify my insurance and I would be charged up to hundreds of $$ which they 'would' adjust if my insurance did confirm coverage. I even checked in hours in advance and provided images of my insurance card but it wasn't helpful. All I wanted was a test for strep but she told me it could cost up to hundreds of $$ and only could give me a range 35% +|-?!? She couldn't or wouldn't tell me what would drive an extra 35% in costs. I went outside to call and confirmed with my insurance cvs minute clinic was considered in network and went right back in to inform her but she said it was too late and I had to make another appointment. Just poor customer service combined with below average systems and communication.

Was not helpful and did not do the bare basics of when you go to the doctor like take blood pressure, heart rate, etc.. Ended up scaring my wife into believing she might have liver failure, kidney failure, and/or stomach ulcers. Turns out all she had was excess drainage from her nose (due to allergies) causing her to have an upset stomach. Very upset and disappointed. I'm glad I wasn't charged anything but apparently they didn't even mark that she went to her appointment.

It took me 20 min of trying to make an appt for a tuberculosis test just to watch them all go on lunch ? CVS seems to have made things easier for themselves at the expense of customers.

Time management is horrible. Iyegbu gave me a zpack for strep. Suffered with severe strep symptoms for 5 days before wanting to run into an ER and have them rip out my tonsils. Did a virtual appointment this am and the Doctor said no one prescribes a zpack for strep anymore—that’s medicine 101 and gave me a prescription for amoxicillin. I have suffered longer than necessary, in pain that truly is unbearable not to mention missing a full week of work. I’m hoping the amoxicillin works quickly. Avoid this clinic.

I stopped by two separate times this past week for shots and a TB test and I had the best experience. I am terrified of needles and the staff was amazing and showed so much patience . 10/10 recommend!!!

I got there at 1:30 when they opened and was the only person there. It took them 45 minutes to see me so they could read my negative TB test. Aweful!!!!

The Nurse Practitioner is very abrupt. Explains guidelines with a tone of non concern or understanding of the needs of the patient.Whether it is policy or not concern should be used in the delivery.I need the Moderna booster to be administered somewhere other than the arms due to inflammation in both arms.Evidently, Moderna does not indicate to be given anywhere other than the arms.I have requested the information as to where that is stated. I am waiting.Very disappointed. I

I would give zero stars if possible. I've been a nurse 30 years and this place is pathetic for anything except maybe a flu shot. I went there very ill with bronchitis. I'm elderly, co-morbids and all the NP (not a doctor!) gave me was Tessalon Pearls which very few if any MD's prescribe anymore and an inhaler which I did not need. I became even MORE ill and went to another NP, this time at a Next Care, and he had the good sense to give me an antibiotic and prescription cough med. When I saw my regular MD 5 days later got another cough syrup and a steroid pak. I have never been this sick this long and it could have been avoided if the 1st practitioner had know what to do! NEVER EVER GO TO A MINUTE CLINIC IF YOU ARE SICK!!!!!!!

Don't ever use this minute clinic unless you want to waste your time and wait hours past the time of your apt. Been here twice and both where miserable experiences.

Was excited to find an appointment late in the day for my sick daughter. Upon our arrival I attempted to complete the pre checkin, but there were quite a number of screens and the system was slow. I found the assistant and asked for help but she refused because we were late. I expressed that my daughter was ill and we had driven from Clear Lake as quickly as we could and arrived just 5 minutes late. She apologized and stated there was nothing she could do. I requested escalation and she called the PN who also refused to see my daughter and advised us to go elsewhere. The short story is this caregiver refused to see a child with a fever because we were 5 minutes late. The clinic was quiet and no one was in the waiting area. The PN and assistant in my opinion exhibited a complete lack of empathy and compassion and should not be working in healthcare. I would strongly recommend against using this MinuteClinic.

The lady didn't see. She said she was the only one there and she would have to do blood work and have to send it to quest and that would have been fine, but I just sense her didn't want to be bothered. She didn't even take my blood pressure.
