Came in with my son today after a doctors appointment next door. Really wasn’t looking to buy anything but just crush some time. My son loves green and wanted some balloons, but I had to keep telling him no because we truly didn’t have a reason to buy some green balloons. One of the sales associates wearing a pink wig with an elf costume really went above and beyond. She was so friendly and even blew up a free little green balloon for my son after she overheard us. I just thought that little gesture was so sweet and I will definitely be back when we do actually have an event to buy green balloons for ? haha. Thank you sweet girl!!!

Had to get party balloons filled with air and they charge 3.20 per outside balloon and up. And the guy who filled the balloons was super nice! Thank you!

Went there for crepe paper and balloons. Got the paper but the balloons were ridiculously priced! The young lady that checked me out however was very pleasant and efficient!! Hint: get your balloons from a dollar store same quality for $1

Brought in a packet of 18 small Blippi balloons to get blown up and they charged 1.75 per balloon which came out to be over 33 dollars. Dollar tree it's 1.25 and that includes the balloon!!! So with that being said.. Party city is a RIP OFF and we will be avoiding buying anything from this "party store" ever again!

Party City really came through for me. I was looking for a buffet set and ofcourse, Party City had it. I drove all the way from Galveston since I was not able to find it in any store in the area. I was greeted upon entering and the gentleman assisted me in locating the item.

I used to love coming to this party city but it has absolutely gone down hill. Renovation is nice but it’s extremely tight due to the boxes and baskets of trash everywhere around the store. Management was terrible. The customer service was decent but no one seemed to be actually working when I was there. Most of the employees stood around and talked to each other while eating fast food. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location. Hopefully other locations are better.
