We took our guinea pigs back to petco to go to the vet for the 30 day vet free checkup since they were sick and snotty. After a couple days they decided to put them back up for sale without telling us. I honestly can't believe they did that. It was really fun explaining to the family that they don't have their guinea pigs anymore.

The Vet's at Petco really took time with my dog. Everything was discussed!
The manager helped me with my dead car battery by giving me a jump. Everyone is very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Plus, I got a first visit discount!

They Mislead and Overcharge – I Do Not Recommend!
Beware — this clinic misleads customers! We came to Vetco Total Care in League City just for a simple flea prevention prescription. The staff told us that adding mosquito protection would cost just a little more — but it actually doubled the price!
The regular flea medicine costs around $100, and the combined one is $200.
They wasted our time, misinformed us, and it’s clear they care more about money than about helping pets.
I absolutely do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

The petco here has the best selection of saltwater fish and supplies. The staff is friendly, very helpful and patient for when you are not sure what you want.

Stop trying to push me to buy your over expensive heart worm meds, is every employee on commission? All they care about is selling heartworm meds, this place sucks in general, nice salesman...i mean employees...
Old person at groomer was extremely rude. Blue haired he she , they, whatever was equally as rude by our inquiry for service. Never going back unless I need chew toys.
What is materials fee? Mistakenly went back out of convenience. Check your receipts, secret stupid up charges will appear. And no tip for the groomer, everybody wants a tip these days, why?

This store has a 30 day return policy on dead fish and they will lie and tell u your water has high nitrate so they don’t have to replace them I test my water weekly in a fully planted tank that has bin running for 3 years with one fish in it never seen over 5 ppm using a Fritz test kit
